Researchers have found that by using antioxidants to the skin, free radical damage that would usually happen through exposure to sunlight, can be avoided or at least lessened. Vitamin E is a well known component in many skin care creams of Netalab.The scientist proved that the protective effects of Vitamin E from that time of UV exposure were seen 2-3 days later.

This may be a touchy subject because I know how many avid Vitamin Water drinkers are out there, especially in our increasingly health-conscious (but misinformed) society. However, it's time to face the facts!

Always work with your doctor before taking any medication even if it is OTC (over the counter) medication to ensure that it is safe for you to take and it will not interfere with any other medications that you might be taking. Also realize that it will take on average about 5 days for your body to actually see some improvement from supplements and depending on the dosage, you might have to go through speciality stores to where they can pack more punch in a pill verses what you can get at the drug store.
