I've been carrying a reusable water bottle with me for years now, filling up on tap water as needed. Well, portable water just got a little cleaner with the Clear2Go water bottle ($16). It's your standard water bottle with a squeeze top made for cycling, but it comes with its very own water filter.

You've probably heard you need about eight glasses of water a day. Drinking water and even eating "watery" foods like melon, greens, and other fruits and vegetables has enormous health benefits, including warding off fatigue. Hello Members,
How is everybody doing? I hope that everybody is having a great day.
I was searching through the inernet to help me get my non-profit organization started out in the right direction and I was looking at the National Geographic Website where in 2050 the water will be short for many of the third of the people.

This may be a touchy subject because I know how many avid Vitamin Water drinkers are out there, especially in our increasingly health-conscious (but misinformed) society. However, it's time to face the facts!
Vitamin Water gives the illusion of a healthy, hydrating, and rejuvenating miracle elixir.

I've always been wary of gimmicky bottled water - remember that ridiculous slimming water that Nestle launched a few years ago? They said it contained natural sources of calcium and magnesium to expel toxins and help you stay in shape. Er yeah, like this was the first mineral water to ever contain calcium and magnesium?!
