People have been asking me the seemingly rather simple question, "Will Yoga help me lose weight?" Ahhh...but the answer is not so straight forward because losing weight is different for everyone, depending on your genetic make-up, your habits, your diet, your personal willpower, and your lifestyle.
Yoga focuses on having mind/body awareness.

So last Wednesday I looked up the nearest WW meeting got in my car and went. The meeting went well although I wasn't thrilled with the style of the leader. I may have been spoiled by my old leader and fellow weight watchers (man I miss those ladies!).

So I have started to learn that when I am busy and stressed about my weight and things I do not blog. Which of course is silly because thats when I should if not for anything more than letting it out and moving on.
I had my Birthday a couple of days ago (and the end of my summer class, thank goodness!) and it was GREAT!

Homeostasis. That is a fancy way to say equilibrium and that is what your body craves. We are very adaptive creatures, and our body's work to maintain homeostasis.

I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 2 months now and it is great. I have lost 10 lbs and are up to losing about 2-3 lbs a week. The point system is so easy and great for me since I enjoy eating sweets occasionally.

Well, since August, I have successfully lost 17lbs with Weight Watchers. Then the holidays struck. It seems like every night is a special occasion to splurge.

I always like to say that i'm losing weight to be healthy...but i cant kid myself, the idea of my collar bones showing is the best!

when i have like a couple of months when i just have to sit at home and study-i can't help it i just gain weight! omg if anyone here can tell me how to not let it happen than please don't keep it a secret lol
well it's just that studying is sooo boring (especially history and stuff) so i can't just sit there like those skinny-ass girls and drink a cup of water every hour lol no offense skinny-ass girls yall look good so.. well if any of you have an idea how to do that it would be great!
