I hope everyone had a nice holiday. I had the honor of cooking dinner for a small group of four people. The meal was vegetarian (actually vegan, except for one dessert), mostly organic, with no added sugar and nothing refined.

Many people work out and eat healthy, but still can’t drop the weight. As it turns out, it’s those “healthy foods” that could be sabotaging people’s diets. Many fat-free foods claim to help dieters lose weight, but in reality, it could be many of those products that are stifling weight loss.

Whenever I was needing a snack, I would always grab a cheese stick, or slap some cheese on some crackers. It was ALWAYS cheese of some kind that I went for. It was difficult at first to "recondition" myself when I was hungry for a snack and not go searching for the cheese.

If your still testing out foods that you can and cannot eat, you can rest assured that Yoplait yogurt is Gluten-Free! Not only is it a great snack, but the flavors are fun too. My favorite is the Key Lime.
