For the 2009 Screen Actors Guild Awards, she chose a more neutral makeup palette, but now, she's bumped it up a few notches, wearing gold eye shadow with a raspberry lip.

In a kaleidoscope of colors, there were enough day dresses, crisp separates, grownup trousers, and ball gowns to keep the Upper East Side content for a while. The 2009 Oscars took place in LA last night with our fellow Brits taking home a huge number of awards! Slumdog Millionaire was the big winner with eight gold statues including Best Picture and Best Director for Danny Boyle, while Kate Winslet won Best Actress for her role in The Reader — here's what she had to say in the press room following her win! Sean Penn won Best Actor for his role in Milk, beating out Mickey Rourke to the gong, while Penelope Cruz and Heath Ledger won the Best Supporting trophies, with Heath's award being picked up by his family.
Stars Warm Up For the Oscars With a Little Lunch
The 2009 Oscar nominees got to mix and mingle with their competition at the annual luncheon thrown in their honor in Beverly Hills earlier today. Brad and Angelina sat this one out, but Kate Winslet, Penelope Cruz, Robert Downey Jr., and lots of others were happy to come out and pose in front of the the big golden statue. Anne Hathaway revealed that her big date to the event will be her dad, and she is even hoping to score extra tickets for her mother and brother.
