It's not a rumor, Rumer Willis is officially the 2009 Miss Golden Globe. So it's no surprise that she was one of the first celebrities to walk the red carpet tonight. Though she's not afraid to experiment with different hair and eye colors, tonight she went a little more natural than usual.

Anne Hathaway's alabaster skin, raspberry lips, and pulled-back chignon were a hit last night. I already gave you the details on her classic makeup, and now I've got the how-to on that right-on-trend slick, chic hair. Gossip Girl Blake Lively may be miles away from her fictional flat on the Upper East Side, but she looked right at home on the red carpet at tonight's Golden Globes. When you're at the Golden Globes wearing a gold dress, chances are that you'll wear golden makeup to accessorize your look.

This triple-threat looks triple-gorgeous with an amazing dress, dazzling jewels, and a beautiful smile. Check out her eye shadow: Gradually the colors get warmer and softer as they work their way, and there's even a touch of dark on the bottom lids as well. She still keeps a thin black line around her eyes to outline the shape, but it's the eye shadow that stands out here.
