I have two friends doing sprint distance triathlons, and I just couldn't bear to miss out on the fun. So a while back I joined a Tri Club and have been training, training, training.
Having an impending race has definitely pushed me beyond my training comfort zone and gotten me out the door before 6:00 a.m.
