Rihanna was on hand to light UNICEF's Snowflake in NYC last night before hitting the red carpet in a more dramatic gown alongside Blake Lively and Madonna. The snowflake marks the beginning of holiday shopping season, which we've already gotten a great start on around here with all our fabulous gift guides. Rihanna was also there to officially launch her Tattoo Heart Collection for Gucci, which also benefits UNICEF.

Adrian Grenier let his flowing curls fly free as he made his way around LA last week with his BlackBerry in hand. We've got another episode of Entourage to look forward to tonight, though things ended on a sad note between Vince and Ari last time. The Entourage star looked dapper walking the red carpet with his boys at the Emmys on Sunday night as his alter ego continued to struggle with his career. The men left all the color to the ladies on the red carpet at the Emmys last night, keeping it tame in their dapper suits and tuxes. True to form, the Entourage boys walked and posed together, while Jeremy Piven and John Krasinski held their own with their hands in their pockets. Diddy hammed it up as usual, and Patrick Dempsey, Jon Hamm, and Neil Patrick Harris added just a little more dreaminess to the equation.

Elsewhere, other Bravo reality TV star, Heidi Klum made time to attend PR winner, Christian Siriano's show where they both wore huge matching grins.
