Alessandra Trades in Her Green Bikini For Red and Black

Alessandra Ambrosio did a quick wardrobe change from her lime bikini to a few new numbers that showed off her amazing body in St. Barts yesterday. Proving that the job of an Angel is never done, Alessandra hopped straight from promotional duties in chilly NYC to the Caribbean location where she and Miranda Kerr are heating things up for next year's Victoria's Secret swimsuit catalog. The annual show is around the corner and it looks like at least a couple of the girls are getting lots of posing practice before hitting the runway.

Alessandra won for most Fab at the Los Premios MTV Awards last week, but let's see if she can beat a fellow Victoria Secret vixen in this cut-out lace Balmain LBD. You have to have a bod for sin to pull this mini-mini dress off, and both gals definitely have that. Alessandra dripped some ice from her wrist and ears, while Selita wore minimal jewels. Sexy black sandals and teeny black clutches were chosen by both, but who wore Balmain better?

Alessandra Ambrosio Lunges For VS Runway

I know models need to work hard to stay slim and in shape, but a lingerie model must have to work 10 times harder since she just about bares it all.

So when Victoria's Secret model, Alessandra Ambrosio had a baby girl last August, she had to do a lot of cardio to lose her post-baby pounds so she could strike her stuff on the runway four months later. Her body looked amazing in a short amount of time, but she said for this year's show, it's not as easy. Alessandra said, "After I gave birth, my diet was a very healthy diet, like no sugar, no bread." But now the model admits, "I am just eating whatever." So to get toned up, she's trying to work out four days a week. "This year is all about weights, squats, and lunges."

I think this stunning mother already looks unbelievably toned and fit for the VS Fashion Show this December 1, but I'm sure if I was her and going to be strutting around in my undies in front of a huge crowd, I'd hit the gym as much as possible too.

The Ladies Heat Things up at MTV's Los Premios Awards

It's been a big week for Latin music, from the PBS Music Special with J. Lo to last night's Los Premios Awards honoring the best music of the genre. The event was hosted by MTV in LA, and the red carpet was full of gorgeous gals, from Alessandra Ambrosio, Ashley Tisdale, and Audrina Patridge to Kelly Osbourne - who do you think was the best dressed?

Nelly Furtado kicked off the show, which also brought out Pete Wentz, Snoop Dogg, Tommy Lee, and Dave Navarro. Selena Gomez was also on hand, looking sweet in her neutral-colored gown. Ashley Tisdale was another of the evening's performers, and Shakira even made an appearance via satellite.

Lindsay Is Back in the States, But Still Working in Paris

Lindsay Lohan joined Alessandra Ambrosio for the launch of the newest fragrance for Victoria's Secret in NYC yesterday before heading out shopping. Lindsay hit the racks, including a stop off at Chanel - perhaps to spend some of that hard-earned artistic adviser paycheck. LL made quite the splash her first time out for Ungaro at Paris Fashion Week, but it didn't turn out exactly how she expected. According to Lindsay she's still learning and blames lack of time on some of the missteps and was just as surprised as the critics to see sequined pasties on the runway models. Never one to slow down though, Lindsay is already getting back to work on the Ungaro collection for their next show in January.

All the Stars Step Out to Make the Afterparty Rounds

The MTV VMAs was a party in itself, but when the show ended all the celebs spread out around town to keep the good times and red carpet highlights rolling. Lady GaGa was joined by Kristin Cavallari, Russell Brand, Jessica Alba, and Diddy for a bash at Avenue, while an Epic Records dinner at the Waverly Inn brought out Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony and Shakira. Pete Wentz hosted friends at his bar Angels & Kings, and InTouch's ICONS + IDOLS soiree gathered Kim Kardashian, Whitney Port, Gerard Butler and even Jon Gosselin. Jay-Z hit the official MTV post-awards celebration, as did Justin Timberlake and a tummy-baring Rihanna, before heading to 1Oak for an after-after party with Jessica Alba and Katy Perry.

It's All Sparkle and Shine For the Ladies at the 2009 MTV VMAs

Whether they went short or long, the gorgeous girls on the red carpet at last night's VMAs sparkled in metallic hues. Taylor Swift led the glamorous parade in her floor-length gown, while Leighton Meester and Kristin Cavallari looked hot in their silvery dresses - both of them are doing well in Fab's best dressed poll, but who do you think deserves the title? Fashion Weekend Bursts With Starlets, Famous Fashion Faces!

New York Fashion Week didn't slow down over the weekend, and the front rows were star-studded gearing up for last night's big event, the VMAs. Lindsay Lohan ducked into Alice + Olivia and Shenae Grimes, a sparkly Blake Lively, and Rachel Zoe all scored spots at the Diane von Furstenberg show on Sunday. Mischa stepped out for the Herve Leger show as well as to attend an event for The Beautiful Life. Rachel McAdams sat alongside Anna Wintour at Alexander Wang and posed with Leighton Meester backstage at Altuzarra. With so many big events taking place in New York, the fashionista stars were all over.

Hilary Duff and Amanda Bynes were front and center for the Herve Leger show, which is no big surprise considering how often they, especially Amanda, are seen wearing the ubiquitous bandage dresses. Kirsten Dunst mixed things up at Band of Outsiders, while Hayden Christensen was out without his fiance Rachel Bilson at Lacoste.
