Ladies Look Lovely In The Limelight At 2009 BAFTA Awards
Last night I made my way to Covent Garden for the 2009 BAFTA Awards held at the Royal Opera House, and watched from the red carpet as all the stars made their way inside to enjoy the ceremony. There was a fab mix of Hollywood A listers and burgeoning Brit talent out in the typically British rain, but luckily much of the red carpet was undercover, and brollies were being handed out to everyone as they arrived. Penelope Cruz rushed up the thick red carpet as fast as she could, but most of the other invited ladies like Meryl Streep and Amy Adams wandered leisurely.
Classic Elegance at London Dinner for Louis
The Serpentine in London was the glamorous setting for a decadent dinner for Louis Vuitton last night. The ladies predominantly stuck to stylish white, black and gold gowns for the occasion - I love Joely Richardson's classic LBD and Lily Cole's more unique white mini dress, so sweet. I have to say, though, I'm not loving Trinny Woodall's look – as the presenter of What Not To Wear surely she shouldn't have put those shoes with that dress?
MLP, Alec, Whoopi, and Daniel Help Everything Come Up Tony
Radio City Music Hall was bursting with stars of the stage last night at the 2008 Tony Awards. The glitz and glamour were everywhere as some of the biggest names in Broadway came together to celebrate each other. Mary-Louise Parker was a highlight as usual, though I'm not sure what to say about the Counting Crows' Adam Duritz on her arm.
Tom Gets Some Big Love at Starter for 10
Tom Hanks may be one of the biggest Hollywood stars but that doesn't mean he can't fit in a pet project every once in a while. Enter Starter for 10, a quaint little English film starring James McAvoy as a love-sick college student trying to get through his first year at a fancy-schmancy British university. Of course this isn't Tom's only pet project, he's also a producer on Big Love.

Mischa Barton Launches David Jones
Mischa is having no problem finding things to do after being killed off of The O.C. This week she launched Australian designer David Jones' new spring and summer collections in Sydney. She was reportedly paid $100,000 for the appearance but made a little mistake by not knowing what designer she was wearing at the time she was interviewed.
