Liv and Edward Make For an Incredible Premiere

The Incredible Hulk may be about a superhero with a bad temper, but the stars of the movie were all about the smiles out on the green carpet at the Hollywood premiere last night. Lovely Liv kept up her streak of looking fab in her little blue dress, while Ed Norton just looked happy to have her on his arm. We can't wait to see those two on screen together, especially since they have nothing but love for each other in real life, too. When asked how it was to work with Liv, Ed said, "Oh she's the best, she's the anti-Hulk, she never gets angry." Ashley's Man Wins the Indy 500

Pouring rain could not stop Ashley Judd from celebrating her husband Dario Franchitti's big win at the Indy 500 this weekend. Despite being in a soaked sundress Ashley climbed the pit wall to join Dario in the middle of his victory lap. Tons of stars were there to watch the celebration as well even though the rain was so bad the race had to be cut short to 415 miles! The Grey's men were totally representing and it look like Chris Daughtry gave a rockin' performance with his band as usual. Although we're sad to say it looks like Chris is sporting guyliner again. Do you think guyliner is sexy?

NBC's Beautiful Faces Celebrate in NYC

Many of our favorite NBC stars both current and future came out at NYC's Rockefeller Center last night for the NBC Universal Experience party. Ah, can't wait to have all these friendly faces back on the small screen - too bad it's not until the fall. John Krasinski was sporting an ill-advised beard while thankfully Zachary Levi got rid of his. Friday Night Lights' Minka Kelly looked adorable as always while next season's new Kath and Kim's Selma Blair showed off her always impeccable fashion sense. Jimmy Fallon, our official Conan replacement flashed a peace sign making his way down the red carpet. I'm getting excited about fall TV already - I know, I know, long time from now - check out Buzz to keep track of all the news.

The Biggest Loser: Live Weigh In

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, this week's Biggest Loser focused on taking stock in the current moment and giving thanks for all the changes made.

The show began with contestants looking at photos of themselves from the start of the show and appreciating the difference in their bodies and faces. Hints were dropped of a big surprise to follow. Of course the black team had to discuss and attempt to resolve Isabeau's tie-breaking decision to vote Amy off the show last week. The black team felt that she had ruined their well thought out strategy and Jillian made no attempt to hide her disappointment. Isabeau definitely got the cold shoulder from Jillian the next day in the gym and made quiet threats of defecting to the blue team. Nothing became of this, but the interpersonal drama is always intriguing.

The big surprise was a trip to the Days of Our Lives set where Alison Sweeney, the host of BL, works her day job. The contestants were treated to the ultimate makeover with lots of pampering, and the final surprise of all the contestants having a shot at being selected for the cover of Prevention magazine. Shades of Project Runway? But no criteria was given to how the cover girl was chosen. Before the photo shoot, all the contests were reunited with a loved one. There were lots of tears and hugs and all around camaraderie. However, I did find the big reveal of the loved ones hiding behind a double mirror that slid away a tiny bit cheesy. I am now about to reveal who made the magazine cover, so skip the next sentence if you want to stay in the dark.

Look for Kae on the cover of Prevention looking hot and wearing red!

The challenge on this episode was a physical metaphor, and the contestants had to physically stay above a yellow line by climbing a rope that was also slowly being lowered. The prize was definitely something worth climbing for – a $5,000 shopping spree. Kae was once again the winner, and it is hard to believe that this was her first-ever challenge win!

After winning the magazine cover and the shopping spree challenge, Kae was sent home with parting words of deep respect from every voter. She lost three pounds this week and that was not enough to keep her above the yellow line. She was marked from the beginning as the biggest threat, so while it wasn't a surprise she was voted off, it was disappointing. I thought she had a chance to win the whole thing. Like the women on the black team, I hope a woman wins this year. Kae spoke to iVillage about how she hopes to be the home winner. Good luck, Kae!

Celebrities and Their Future Art Students Support PS Arts

All sorts of celebrities spent their Sunday afternoon in Santa Monica at the 10th Annual Express Yourself Gala to support PS Arts. The organization's goal is to restore and maintain arts education in schools, something that obviously is near and dear to lots of actors in Hollywood. Jack Black was sporting a newly bleached 'do for the event, matching his little towheaded son. Aww. And speaking of adorable dads, how cute are Jason Bateman and his daughter. As for most endearing couple, however, the award has to go to Chris and Ginnifer while best celebrity BFFs are always Courteney and Lisa (in her favorite Tory Burch tunic). Though LC and her sock puppet are a close second. As always, it's great to see so many familiar faces out to support such an excellent event.

Biggest Loser Recap: The Season Premiere

The Biggest Loser Season Four premiered last night and I am already hooked. The format is a little different this year, but so far so good.

As always, the cast introductions were emotional and I was amazed at how hard the trainers work them from the start. Their results showed it too as weight loss numbers ranged from seven pounds to a whopping 31 pounds from Jerry, the oldest contestant (62 years) in Biggest Loser history. Amber was kicked off -- I am not attached to any of the contestants yet, so she seemed like the best choice since she was begging to go home on day one.

One of my favorite things about the show is that lessons about being healthy are promoted. The new host, Alison Sweeney, mentioned that watching the show is a weekly reminder for viewers that they too can get healthy. Sure tuning in every week is also great for ratings, but I am not kidding you, it's motivating.

Aside from that, here's what I learned from the Biggest Loser this week:

On figuring out if something is a protein: One simple theory is that, "If it had a mother it's protein."
On resisting the urge to snack: Keep sugar free gum around and grab that when you're feeling like nibbling on something.
On drinking too much soda: Cutting out soda from your daily diet could help you lose 8 pounds over the course of a year (without even stepping on a treadmill).
On the average American diet: An American eats an average of 16 pounds of french fries per year.

I also like that they are pushing their own online weight loss club, "The Biggest Loser Club" because people are seeing some amazing results from being inspired by the show and just working out at home. If you're looking for an online weight loss community, I would definitely check it out.

Pretty interesting, right? I was also very impressed that the contestants were wearing my favorite workout gadget of all time, the bodybugg!

NBC All Star Party Includes Friday Night Lights Secrets

The hit stars from NBC's new shows and current shows came out last night to schmooze with the press as their two days at the TCAs came to a close. We saw the cast of Heroes (Ali Larter is gorgeous in person), Las Vegas (yay yummy Josh), John Stamos, The Hoff, all those adorable Friday Night Lights kids and their handsome coach. My new favorite, Zachary Levi from Chuck (more on him soon) won the Singing Bee competition. I was just happy to swoon over him singing on stage. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix Hits LA

The Harry Potter kids are all grown up and ready to show the world Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The teenage stars rocked the red carpet at the LA premiere, especially Emma Watson in her up-do, who is just the cutest little movie star ever -- even though her dress looks like it had pills spilled on it. As if you needed a reminder, the movie comes out on Wednesday, excited? As for little Miss Watson, she recently talked to Parade about playing Hermione and what it's like to be a young woman these days:

“There are too many stupid girls in the media. Hermione’s not scared to be clever. I think sometimes really smart girls dumb themselves down a bit, and that’s bad.” Watson admits that there is quite a lot of herself in the confident and bookish Hermione. “I’m a bit of a feminist,” she proclaims. “I’m very competitive and challenging.”

Have I mentioned how great she is? Hopefully with all her stardom, she's able to keep that good head on her shoulders.
