Nov 16 2009 - 3:29am Amy Winehouse was full of smiles on a night out in Camden with Tyler James on Saturday, but by Sunday she was in hospital. She reportedly spent last night at the London Clinic following doctor's orders after
mixing her medication. A friend said Amy felt ill when she woke up on Sunday morning,
