Jay-Z walked arm in arm with his work and play partner Beyonce Knowles as they left Cipriani's and headed to Diddy's L'Uomo Vogue cover party at 1OAK in NYC last night. Name-changing Diddy may have given Beyonce some inspiration for her upcoming double album, half of which she recorded under her pseudonym, Sasha Fierce. She said, "I have someone else that takes over when it's time for me to work and when I'm on stage, this alter ego that I've created that kind of protects me and who I really am."

Sex and the City Premiere Glitters in Gold in NYC
Things may have kicked off in the UK, but the SATC girls finally came home to premiere the film at Radio City Music Hall last night. Love 'em or not, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and Kim Cattrall glittered in their metallic dresses on a pink carpet that was covered with more than 10,000 Swarovski crystals. SJP looked amazing in a very familiar dress (hello, LL in Bazaar superhero photo shoot).

Winona and Marisa look great, but seeing them together is a touch nostalgic, no? Not that these ladies aren't still getting good jobs or were ever nearly as bad as Paris, Britney and Lindsay, but these two were kind of the starlets of their day.
