Amy Poehler stepped out in NYC yesterday to take her new baby boy out for a stroll. Archie turns one month old today, but his parents are already back out on the scene and looking fabulous. Amy's got plenty of projects on her hands from her web series to her upcoming TV show, but it looks like right now she's happy with her biggest task at hand — being a new mom.

TMZ reports that Amy Poehler and Will Arnett welcomed a baby boy this afternoon. We're still waiting on a name for the little one and more details. Unfortunately this means we'll be missing funny Amy on SNL tonight, but congrats to the new parents!

NBC's newest comedy, Parks and Recreation, debuted sandwiched between two episodes of The Office last night. Instead of staying home to watch the show's premiere, the stars took their minds off reviews and ratings to party away at My House club in Hollywood. Amy Poehler was hilarious as the heart of the show — she and Will Arnett left baby Archie at home for the night to celebrate.

She's had us rolling on the floor with her dead-on impression of Hillary Clinton during the presidential election and cracked us up as the junk food-eating, karaoke-singing surrogate mother to Tina Fey's baby in last year's Baby Mama. Now, Amy Poehler is back on our boob tubes as a public servant in Parks and Recreation.
The new mama — Poehler and her funny man husband Will Arnett welcomed son Archibald "Archie" William Emerson last Fall — went back to her Saturday Night Live Weekend Update chair just a weeks after giving birth to help have fits of hysterics through the final pre-election weekend.
