I love Violet. Sera is another cutie patootie.

There needs to be a law against photographing children when they are not with their celebrity parents. I think it is dangerous, and an intrusion. I wish the celebrities would push the legislators about this. To photograph Jennifer Garner when she is picking up her children from school feels intrusive enough to me. If I were her, I'd find a school where there is a secluded drop-off location. But to photograph the nanny on her private outing with the children - no, that is not right and no one should buy those photos. Enough already. I don't want to see any of these children put in danger.

It's Jen Garner's fault. It really is. There are PLENTY of celebs that do not have their children out in the spotlight all the time unless the parents want to put them out there (back doors, hidden groups, security, etc). They showed ONE shot of Matt Damon's girls a month ago and we hardly even recognized them because no one even knows what Matt Damon's daughter's look like...plenty of other celeb moms just like that. Stop blaming the paps and blame Jen, her stealth PR team who call the paps ahead to form her into the 'i'm just a normal mom" image. BS. I'm sorry, she and Katie H. were great before they gave up so much of themselves to marry up and get fame, money and power.

I agree with #5 in every respect. Fyi, there is a law that goes into effect come January that will make it illegal to take a picture of a celebrity or their family (in their private life and family time) and sell it for profit. That means no more pictures of Jen and the girls going to the park,preschool etc.

I have never heard that Jen doesn't have a nanny. Every working mother in her absence has some sort of child care for their children whether it's a nanny (babysitter) or the like.

Stop carrying tales and making false statements against celebs you don't like. Really, that is so stupid.

I disagree wholeheartedly with #5 that Jen is to blame for the frequent paparazzi stalking of her private life and that of her family. First of all, how does that benefit her in her career? The paps were stalking Jen long before she even had children. With the selling of baby photos and the popularity of celebs children, and the manner in which she wants her kids to enjoy a normal upbringing (rather than be hidden away and treated like prisoners) she works to provide them with as much as normalcy as possible.

Please find another argument to present in your unfair assessment and unsuccessful bashing of this woman. Just because she is more visibly than you would like, keep in mind, that there are those who happen to appreciate seeing her and her beautiful children. But by no means, is she to blame for the paps' invasion into the private lives of her and/or her family.

I understand paparazzi pics of celebrity babies and children have indeed gotten out of hand but I say kudos to those parents who handle the situation well and not allow it to force them into hiding and punishing the kids in the process.

A great many celebs are carrying on with their lives in spite of the ever present paps and in all fairness, why would one celeb be singled out and bashed because her children happen to be so much in demand (thru no fault of his/her own. The truth is celeb babies and what they wear are big business and their pics are in high demand.

Think what you want, but celebrities don't go to Toscana or Madeo's to eat unless they're wanting to be seen. Both places are well known for being celebrity and paparazzi friendly. To pretend that she was annoyed with the paps about having her picture taken when having dinner with Biel is a farce.

#9, you guys are very ideal and are seeing Jen G. in YOUR eyes which is like us average Americans. Hollywood is a different place. You don't go out knowing that the paps are there - your pr team tells you, your assistants, her nannies. Everyone in Hollywood (I worked there for 4 years) knows this. I don't know if she does it for her career anymore (I think her and Katie H. totally did it in the beginning) but I think now, she's in denial. Major denial about wanting normalcy but realizing you can't marry an A-lister like Ben Affleck, have $80 million dollars in your account, make your kids celebrities and try to live normally in California. If she really wanted normalcy, it's not with Ben Affleck and it's not in CA. Sorry, it is what it is. She knows what she's doing. I don't think she and Ben will last forever perhaps why she is in denial for a 2nd failed marriage?

I'm a fan of hers but I agree that there's something wrong with their relationship and she lives a very Hollywood lifestyle now. It seems that Ben loves his kids first, mom 2nd, bro Casey 3rd, best friend Matt 4th, career 5th, Jen last. That's why these celebrity marriages never last!!! C'mon. No wonder she looks miserable, is seeing expensive therapists and losing so much weight. There are plenty of other guys out there and she should talk with Nicole Kidman and Reese who are genuinely happy now that they are not with the men they tried to change.
