Ryan Gosling looked like a hot and vastly improved version of himself at a screening of Lars and the Real Girl in NYC last night. He cozied up to his costars, Emily Mortimer and Patricia Clarkson, who are also excellent in the movie — which I wholeheartedly recommend.
