President Obama may have started yesterday with the intention of selling his stimulus plan to the American people with a full-court media press, but he ended it defending his stake on change. On the NBC Nightly News Obama handled ex-nominee Tom Daschle's tax problems by confessing to Brian Williams: "I screwed up." Check out how Obama maintained that he's ushering in the era of responsibility, and other highlights from last night.

Summer blockbuster season is officially in full gear! Iron Man kicked things off but this weekend it's all about Indy and die-hard fans are already in theaters watching the long awaited fourth installment of the Ford/Lucas/Spielberg film. Shia may be the newcomer but he already knows how important it is to take his mentor's advice.

I've lost count of how many crazy tv anchor videos we've shown you. Losing it on live tv must be an occupational hazard. What's in the coffee mugs those tv anchors are always sipping out of?

As you all know, I've been following the prolific tweeting of Levi Johnston (or the person who pretends to be Levi Johnston!). His 140-character musings are sometimes offensive, sometimes funny, and consistently random. You might also remember that master of spoken word recitation William Shatner went on Conan O'Brien's show a while back to read Sarah Palin's Twitter poetry.

30 Rock finally comes back next Thursday, and even though my TV-watching schedule is packed tight, I can't wait for another season of Liz Lemon, Jack Donaghy, Tracy, and Kenneth. The video gives away some season four plot details: Jack tells Liz she has to conduct a talent search to add some more cast members to TGS, which of course shakes up stars Jenna and Tracy. It's a mix of upcoming footage and behind-the-scenes interviews, so watch and get excited for the premiere (and the Brian Williams cameo!).

When Time Magazine asked the question — "Now that Walter Cronkite has passed on, who is America's most trusted newscaster?" — the number one answer was journalist comedian Jon Stewart. Brian Williams came in second place, followed by Charlie Gibson and Katie Couric.

This week, I watched NBC's fascinating two-part Inside the Obama White House special, where news correspondent Brian Williams took viewers on a candid tour of the West Wing — kinda like a day in the life of the Obama administration. Aside from learning about the abundance of freshly picked apples and bowls of candy in every room, Obama's favorite cell phone — the BlackBerry of course — was spotted in the hands of almost every administration employee. There are also many iPods and iPod docks, as employees are encouraged to listen to music while working.
