If you thought Jessica Alba's last Declare Yourself ad was intense, check out the newest image in the campaign. Taken by photographer David LaChapelle, the ad features Jessica wearing a Hannibal Lechter-esque device called "The Muzzler" to represent silencing yourself when you don't vote. The provocative photo is hard to look at, but will get people talking.

A whole slew of celebrities — Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Halle Berry, Jonah Hill, just to name a few of the group — recently got together to film this PSA for Declare Yourself. The ad premiered today, just in time for people to get that voter registration form submitted so they can vote in the upcoming election. While most of you are already registered pass the important message on to a friend.

The event brought out stars like Emily VanCamp, Zachary Quinto, and Danity Kane, but it looks like Jessica Alba and her slightly scary PSA skipped this one in favor of bikini time. Like many celebrities, the actress is heading over to DC for Obama's inauguration this weekend and hosting a Declare Yourself party on Sunday. Maroon 5 is performing and Samantha Ronson is expected to turn the tables for the night.

Jessica Alba had tears in her eyes and tape over her mouth as the dramatic poster child for Declare Yourself. Jessica's trying to encourage young people to speak up by registering to vote. So far she's been actively involved in the Presidential Election, endorsing Obama and heading to the DNC and about this ad campaign she said,
"I really don’t see the point in not registering to vote.
