The G20 leaders, including Gordon Brown and Barack Obama, gathered for a reception hosted by the Queen at Buckingham Palace yesterday before heading to 10 Downing Street for a meal prepared by Jamie Oliver. Michelle Obama, in another great outfit from her warbrobe, dined with Sarah Brown at No. 11 with the other partners and British stars including JK Rowling, Naomi Campbell and athletes Kelly Holmes and Tanni-Grey Thompson.

Has the Hollywood baby war gone governmental? It's been widely reported that magazine covers of celebutant Nicole Richie and lil Harlow have outsold those of songstress Christina Aguilera and her infant, Max.
But, now Obama babes seem to be rocking the photographers, while Clinton children are barely getting any attention from shutterbugs?

SJP and Matthew joined the Clintons this weekend for a reception at the Tibor de Nagy Gallery. We're looking forward to seeing Matthew team up with Kristin Davis in the holiday film Deck the Halls, and of course still crossing our fingers that SJP really will be reuniting on the big screen with Kristin for Sex and the City.

For years, Bill and Hillary Clinton have been the portrait of the American political couple — while of course they've always had their detractors and critics — they've stood as powerhouses both on their own and together. Even before her campaign for president ended, however, to some the election season exposed a less than pleasant underbelly of the Clintons. While Bill and Hill supported Barack Obama, at times it seemed like they were intentionally not putting their hearts in the campaign.

Last night at the San Francisco premiere of the short movie The Butler's in Love (directed by David Arquette) Pop shimmied up to Gavin Newsom, mayor of San Francisco and instrumental force in the brand new rights for all to marry in the state of California, and popped a couple of questions of our own.
