Does a Big Name Star Draw You to the Theatre?
Big name stars continue to tread the boards in the West End, and yesterday saw the press night of A Streetcar Named Desire starring an impressive Rachel Weisz alongside Ruth Wilson and Elliot Cowan, as well as the cast change of Calendar Girls, featuring Jack Ryder, Jerry Hall, June Brown, Jill Halfpenny and Gemma Atkinson. Jude Law continued to get mobbed after his performance in Hamlet last night, with fans queueing from 4am to get tickets. The growing involvement of A-list actors in stage productions has encouraged younger audiences to theatres and increased press coverage too.

Today I continue looking back at classic models as we move on to the 1970s. Obviously, some of the models from the '60s were still a major part of the fashion scene – particularly Lauren Hutton and Penelope Tree – but a few new faces started to emerge too.

Karl Lagerfeld photographed Jerry, and based the shoot on Colette's post-war novel, Cheri, a love story between an older woman and a younger man.
Amy Bids Goodbye to Summer, Will Be Welcoming Blake Back
Celebrities gathered at the vaudeville themed End of Summer Ball for the Prince's Trust in London's Berkeley Square last night. Amy Winehouse and her goddaughter Dionne provided the entertainment for guests like Kelli Young, Jessica Taylor, Vernon Kay and Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly, who is an ambassador for the charity. Sugababe Heidi Range gave an emaciated-looking Amy a big hug, while Dita von Teese has said she wants to give Amy a makeover.

Wow, this must be the definition of closure as Jerry Hall has decided to auction off her wedding dress from her marriage to Mick Jagger. Hall is to auction off a selection of her dresses including the Antony Price wedding dress she wore to marry Mick Jagger in 1990 at Sotherby's to raise money for homeless charity Emmaus. She attended an auction preview yesterday posing with the dress and looking fabulous!
Kate's Got A Whole Lotta Love for Zeppelin
After her quick weekend trip to NYC, Kate Moss is back in London and dressing in her signature risk-taking rock-n-roll style. She was spotted heading out to the Led Zeppelin reunion concert on Monday in a big Fendi fur jacket and a Sienna Miller-esque pant-less bodysuit. Somehow, of course, Kate pulls it off.
