Are You Getting Tired of Competition Dance Shows?
So You Think You Can Dance is now in full swing, and Dancing With the Stars is nearing its season end, but it looks like there won't be any time of the year when you have to go without a dance competition show. It's just been announced that Kathy Griffin has signed on to host Let's Dance, where stars re-enact famous dance routines from pop culture. While it sounds kind of awesome, I feel overloaded with similar news, since Oxygen has just given its competition reality show Dance Your Ass Off a new season.
Blake Adds a Dash of Color to the Emmys Red Carpet
There were many gorgeous fashions on display last night on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards. In the first installment of our look at what the ladies wore there was a lot of black or white, but not at all basic — Amy Poehler went dark, January Jones picked a light color with a daring cutout bodice, and Chloe Sevigny had a little bit of both worlds with her polka dot number. The first ladies of the music industry came together for VH1 Divas at Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York yesterday. Leona Lewis and Adele flew the flag for us Brits, and were joined by Whitney Port and Lauren Conrad: are you more excited for the return of The Hills or The City? Sheryl Crow and Miley Cyrus also posed in the arrivals hall, before performing together on stage.
