Kate Hudson threw her annual Halloween party in LA on Saturday night, and as usual the guest list was lengthy. The crew got all decked out, from Cindy Crawford dressed up as Amy Winehouse to Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer as a white trash couple. Courteney Cox and David Arquette were a witch and a warlock — couples costumes were pretty popular.

This weekend the big event in LA wasn't a premiere or an award show — it was a wedding. And it was the opposite of the small affair Jay-Z and Beyonce had on the east coast. This was celebrity stylist and co-designer of Miss Davenporte, Estee Stanley's wedding in LA where the Olsens were bridesmaids (wearing masks at times to avoid the paparazzi).

Kate Hudson and Kurt Russell looked especially happy to be braving the freezing temperatures of Aspen in the name of shopping yesterday. We know how much Kate loves her warm jackets and we guess you can never have too much gear for hitting the slopes. While other families are headed to warmer climates, these photos of Kate and Kurt walking in a Winter wonderland make Colorado look like a pretty great vacation, too. 
For a party of people who dress up in costumes for a living, some of Hollywood's hottest had a blast getting all gussied up for Kate Hudson's Halloween party on Saturday night in LA. Reese and Jake showed up all decked out...as something or other...him in a mask and lumberjack outfit (?) and her in a white wig. How cute is Reese posing for a photo with cheerleader Marc Jacobs? 
Kate Hudson is hard at work in Pasadena on the set of her directorial debut, a short film based on a reader-submitted essay for Glamour, but unlike many first time directors making shorts, she's got some serious star power in her hands. I guess it doesn't hurt to know people in Hollywood. Her movie stars her surrogate dad Kurt Russell, the surprisingly older looking (she's growing up!) Dakota Fanning and Virginia Madsen. RSS Feed
