Highly unlikely this person is staying on the same floor as Madonna, let alone next to her suite since Madonna rented out the WHOLE floor for her and her team of security and staff. Madonna can date someone without the need to marry them, especially after just getting out of a long-term relationship and marriage.

As for how old he is, who cares?? They are both adults and can do as they damn well please, mind your own business.
