Valentino: The Last Emperor Premieres in Milan
It seems like this movie has been doing the rounds for a while, and since Valentino Garavani retired from his own label he has been busy promoting it. The designer and his business partner Giancarlo Giammetti were in Milan last night to attend the premiere of Valentino: The Last Emperor along with some of Italy's most fashionable names. Naomi Campbell and her beau Vladislav Doronin were joined on the red carpet by Giorgio Armani and Margherita Missoni who looked colourful in a boyfriend blazer.

Paris Fashion Week rolled into the weekend and continued to draw a star-studded crowd to the runways. Katy Perry showcased a handful of looks while Rihanna kept her all-black streak. The girls checked out Jean-Paul Gaultier on Saturday and Karl Lagerfeld earlier today although they split up for the Sunday shows.
Behind the Seams: Opening Of The New Contemporary Art Centre
Some very fashionable faces headed to Venice yesterday to attend the opening of Francois Pinault Foundation's new contemporary art centre. Francois has a business empire which includes Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent and has collected an impressive art collection with over 2,500 pieces by new artists. His main problem was storing the art (quelle dommage!) and despite initially planning on using a space just outside Paris, he has now settled on a historical building in Venice.
Which Rome Film Festival Look Is Most Fab?
This week was bursting with beautiful looks thanks to the Rome Film Festival. While some dazzled in their fancy frocks, others preferred to keep it more casual and flirty. Ashley Tisdale shined in her fun embellished Jenny Packham dress, while Margherita Missoni rocked in a pair of shiny harem pants.

Ashley Olsen and Margherita Missoni are friends, so it's funny that both of them wore Missoni's sequined vest. I guess some friends do dress alike! Ashley first wore it at an amFAR event back in January, with barely any accessories.

Dolce and Gabbana threw a party at Baoli, Port Canto during the Cannes Film Festival this weekend, and things must have gotten hotter because the dresses keep getting shorter. Before I go on about this Ileana Makri for OrphanAid Africa Bracelet ($640), I would like to call your attention to the reason it was created. Non-profit organization OrphanAid Africa supports orphans in Ghana and has been connected to fashion from its inception. Founder Lisa Lovatt-Smith was a former editor at Vogue magazine and designer Margherita Maccapani Missoni has given her full support by visiting Ghana and encouraging the fashion world to participate in the project.
