Chace Crawford Gets Geeky Before the VMAs
Chace Crawford posed on the red carpet at the BlackBerry Tour launch party in NYC last night before going inside to chat with fellow stars like Brooke Shields and Chloë Sevigny. Earlier this week, he and his Gossip Girl costars celebrated Taylor Momsen's 16th birthday with shots of tequila. The actor knows how to have a good time, and he'll add to the party at the MTV VMAs in September now that he's been announced as a presenter for the show.
Brooke, Chloe and Chace Party In The City
Brooke Shields, Chace Crawford, Chloe Sevigny and Mark Indelicato from Ugly Betty were among those that attended a party hosted by Blackberry in New York last night. Chloe looked stunning in her nude dress and bright lipstick, although I'd hate to hazard a guess at how long those shoes took to put on! Chace is currently filming the third series of Gossip Girl at the moment, although we've had more glimpses at his costars shooting in the streets of NYC than him lately!
Emma, Rupert and Daniel Take Harry Potter To Manhattan
Bonnie Wright, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton were out in force at the New York premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince yesterday evening, promoting their movie alongside castmates Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman and Freddie Stroma. Gossip Girl's Michelle Trachtenberg also attended the premiere, as did Vanessa Williams, Mark Indelicato and gorgeous Eric Mabius from Ugly Betty. Gina Gershon and Lance Bass also took the opportunity to see the flick before it hits cinemas on July 15.
NYFW: Celeb Spotting — Part Two
Earlier today I posted my first gallery of a whole host of celebs who have been out and about at New York Fashion Week over the past few days, and now it's time for part two. Mermaids (remember that?!) co-stars Winona Ryder and Christina Ricci sat next to Nicole Richie at DKNY, creating a gorgeous front row. Like Nicole, Gossip Girl stars Jessica Szohr, Leighton Meester and Michelle Trachtenberg have also all been spotted at several events, the latter showing sexy curves in a Herve Leger dress.

New York Fashion Week has been in full swing with more shows than you can possibly imagine crammed into each day — check out FabUK and BellaUK's coverage of the week so far. As we saw with Jennifer Lopez and Victoria Beckham at Marc Jacobs, celebrity fashion lovers have been lining the catwalks each day, including London party-scene regulars like Kelly Osbourne, Luke Worrell, Agyness Deyn, Henry Holland, Roisin Murphy, Estelle, Daisy Lowe, Mark Ronson and Peaches Geldof.
Of course there have also been tons of familiar American faces attending too, for instance Halle Berry, Claire Danes, Nicole Richie, Mary-Kate Olsen, Kanye West, Leigh Lezark, Leighton Meester and Taylor Momsen have all been seen at the shows and parties — so here's part one of my gallery depicting all the celeb movers and shakers taking in the Spring 2009 fashions in New York.
Betty and Company Join the Strike
America Ferrera, Becki Newton, and Rebecca Romijn were just a few of the Ugly Betty cast members who grabbed signs and rallied around their writers on the picket lines yesterday. The strike can't be easy on any of the parties involved, but we bet the writers were happy to get lots of support. As for the show, we were loving Posh's super short guest spot last night.

First "Buffy" did a musical episode, then "Scrubs," now ... "Ugly Betty"? The show's cast and crew said this week that a singing, dancing "Betty" is in the works.

It was a party that would make Mode's Fey Sommers proud last night at the Mondrian in LA to celebrate today's Ugly Betty Season 1 DVD release. All the fabulous UBers looked great on the red carpet, though I will say that I'm especially fond of Mr. Mabius these days (and my other favorite cuties -- Mark Indelicato and Michael Urie). Yay.
Fashion Week Goes Around the Clock for Mena, Keira and Eva
The past day was all about the parties along with the clothes at Fashion Week. Eva Mendes — who it's your last chance to submit interview questions for! — was having fun at a bash for La Mer, while a dramatically made up Keira Knightley held court with Anna Wintour at a Cinema Society screening of The Duchess.
