Jan 15 2009 - 9:00am In the February issue of
Domino, Sunrise Ruffalo, wife of actor
Mark Ruffalo, shows off the bright and eclectic home the couple shares with their three young children, son Keen, and daughters Bella Noche and Odette. CasaSugar put together a
guide to copying their style that left me drooling and inspired to organize my children's space. Cleanup time isn't fun for anyone, so I was thrilled by the magazine's suggestion to organize toys in baskets and on shelves by type for easy pickup, like Sunrise has done in the room Bella Noche and Keen share.

I love the bright colors and whimsical touches. What a fun place to grow up. And it's in Mark Ruffalo's house? Could I love the man any more?
On the organization note, this is how my young nephew's room is set up and from a very, very young age he knew how to put his toys back in the bins. It's also good for learning to put things away before taking out the next toy. He always knew that only one bin came out at a time.
1*They use the Trofast system from IKEA. He has the bench with different sized drawers underneath it. Works like a charm.
