Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie let loose with the rest of the cast of Inglourious Basterds at a party after the big premiere in Cannes yesterday. They looked happy cozying up to each other and chatting with their fellow party-goers, like Quentin Tarantino and Emile Hirsch, though apparently there were eight bodyguards keeping a close eye on the couple at all times. Diane Kruger snuggled up with Joshua Jackson, who skipped the red carpet earlier to let his lady have the spotlight.

Fresh from a weekend on the set of Yes Man, Jim Carrey went out with Jenny McCarthy for AFI's Night At The Movies presented by Target in LA. They weren't the only stars out for the red carpet — Keanu Reeves kept it typically dark while Cameron Diaz had that in love smile on her face though no hot Paul by her side. Plus at the end of those long legs were some adorable polka dot shoes.

According to The Boston Globe, there's a rumor floating around that Gisele Bundchen is being considered for the leading lady role in the next Austin Powers movie. She'd be following in the footsteps of past Austin Powers girls Elizabeth Hurley, Heather Graham and Beyonce.
Each of these ladies brought a certain something to the Austin Powers franchise, but which do you like best as Austin's female counterpart?

Okay, I'm willing to give The Love Guru a huge chance based on the cast alone: Mike Meyers (natch), Romany Malco (Conrad from Weeds!), Justin Timberlake (dressed all funny and bewigged), John Oliver (hilarious British guy from The Daily Show) and Ben Kingsley (funny because of, you know, his Oscar-winning performance as Ghandi). Oh, and Jessica Alba's in it too.
The new trailer for The Love Guru looks silly in the Austin Powers kind of way, though less charming and less humorous.

It feels way early to be watching the trailer for Rob Zombie's Halloween, but there are only a few weeks left before the horror/thriller hits theaters.
Opening August 31, Halloween tells the story of Mike Meyers' break from the mental institution that has held him since the age of 10, and his bloody quest to find his little sister.
The trailer is effectively scary, though again, it's confusing to see this in the heat of the summer.

I'd actually expected really good things from Shrek the Third, but it turns out this is a case of the funniest bits being in the trailer. Sure, the movie succeeds in the way all Shrek movies do: there's plenty of kid humor (physical gags, farts, etc.) and adult humor (cultural references, puns galore, songs we recognize) all played out with colorful animated fairy tale characters. In this sense, Shrek the Third is perfectly satisfying as a family movie everyone can enjoy.

In Paper Heart, opening in theaters this Friday, Charlyne Yi plays a documentary filmmaker intent on finding out what people, young and old, feel about love. During her travels and interviews, she falls in love with geek heartthrob Michael Cera. Not only did Charlyne star in Paper Heart with Cera (and Seth Rogen and funny man Demetri Martin), she won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award for co-penning the film’s script!

The cast of Inglourious Basterds posed at a photo call at Cannes today before heading over to their press conference. They all joked around as they smiled for photographers with Brad Pitt perfectly put together in his Tom Ford suit and Diane Kruger looking gorgeous in her LBD. Brad and Angelina Jolie arrived on the scene yesterday and hosted a dinner for 60 guests at the same restaurant where Robert Pattinson was eating.
