New evidence in Brandy's car accident case suggests that the woman who died in the crash may have hit the car in front of her first, causing Brandy to swerve and hit the woman's car. The court has until the end of the day on Friday to decide whether to charge Brandy with vehicular manslaughter, after which the statute of limitations expires. Sounds like Brandy's 2008 may be getting off to a much better start than 2007. - TMZ

Diane and Nic Bring Their National Treasure to NYC

The stars of National Treasure: Book of Secrets were all out in NYC last night to show off their anticipated sequel. Diane Kruger, one of Fab's favorite red carpet girls of 2007 took advantage of the big night with not one, but two fancy dresses and one very, very dapper looking Josh Jackson on her arm. He is such a cutie. I'm really hoping that the writers' strike doesn't mean that we'll never get to see him on Grey's. Josh wasn't the only well dressed gentleman at the event - Nic Cage, Jon Voight and Ed Harris were all looking pretty great for the premiere. Little Abigail Breslin was out for the screening, too, and lucky for the 11-year-old the movie is PG. What do you think, holiday guilty pleasure movie or no, no, no?

Diane & Nic Hunt For More Treasure

Nicolas Cage and Diane Kruger have teamed up once again to shoot National Treasure: Book of Secrets in London. Diane looks pretty adorable in these pics even though we'd rather see her on the arm of cute Josh. The original NT was surprisingly entertaining and since sequels seem to be all the rage these days it makes sense that the studio would bet on another treasure hunt with this cast. This time, Nic and Diane are on a quest to unlock the mystery behind Abraham Lincoln's assassination. Sounds interesting, but we'd rather get our adventure fix from Indiana Jones 4.

After leaving Cedars-Sinai on Saturday, Britney Spears went to Palms Springs and then popped up in Santa Barbara with Adnan Ghalib, grabbing Starbucks in the afternoon before spending the evening at a bungalow, where they were spotted sharing a lollipop while Britney smoked with no pants on. It's only a matter of time before his story gets sold and we are reading about the details of their trips. - Celeb TV

Diane Kruger showed off her serious side on the cover of Spanish Harper's Bazaar, but I'm glad to see that she got a little more giggly inside. Hey, how could a girl not be happy when she's draped in all that couture. She doesn't only look great when being styled for a photoshoot, however, because Fab picked her for the best red carpet style of 2007. Even more good news for Miss Kruger, her (and, you know Nic Cage's) National Treasure: Book Of Secrets was number one at the box office for the second week in a row. Go Diane! Here's to seeing even more if Diane in '08...especially when she's got cute Joshua Jackson by her side. Mmmm, Pacey.
