Paris Attends Premiere Of Her New TV Show

Did you watch Paris Hilton's British Best Friend last night? Paris has been searching for her new "BBF", and the show kicked off last night on ITV2. The contestants ranged from the fame-hungry to the ridiculous, with makeovers a plenty happening in the first show. Of course, presiding over it all is Paris, who judges them on their answers and reactions to tests apparently meant to show how well they'd deal with the pressure of being Paris's right hand man or woman.

It elicited a few giggles from me, but it's not jumping into my must watch list of shows, I have to say. Paris was out in London last night to watch the premiere of the show, and wore an eye-catching crystal-encrusted dress for the special occasion. Did you watch it last night? Will You Watch Paris Hilton's British Best Friend?

Having flown in to London this week to party with the hopefuls, Paris Hilton has rounded up a dozen contestants who are all competing to become her new British BFF. She has said: "I need a best friend who is hot, who can keep up with me, and most of all, who is real and won't be a backstabber". Paris Hilton's British Best Friend starts on ITV2 at 9pm this evening. Will you be tuning in?

Paris Has Plenty of BFF Options, But Loves Lady GaGa Best

Paris Hilton was in the mood to make friends at the Nokia launch party at Punk last night, cuddling up to all and sundry in the club. She's in London for the premiere of Paris Hilton's British Best Friend on ITV2 tomorrow night, and brought the contestants along to share the fun. Paris must have made George Sampson's night by dancing with him (he also got hugs from Mutya Buena), but the socialite was most taken with Lady GaGa, calling her an "icon" when she interviewed her. Lady GaGa responded in kind, calling Paris "Mrs Fame" and saying that "Stars Are Blind" is one of the greatest pop records ever! Paris Keeps the Party Going Long After Her Series Premiere

After a hard day of shopping, Paris Hilton slipped into her party dress and hosted a night at the movies in celebration of the premiere of Paris Hilton's My New BFF at LAX. Paris showed off what looks like a fresh spray tan and a new fringed hairstyle - what do you think of her look? She had plenty of support from Benji, her parents, Nicky, and her brother Conrad, while the potential BFFs smiled and posed together. Those of us who caught the show know that there's already been some cat fighting in the house, but we have to admit that Paris and her antics made for entertaining television.

It was another busy weekend for Paris Hilton who was all over Vegas working on finding a new best friend. Friday night filming was underway at Tao for her show Paris Hilton's My New BFF. The not pregnant heiress was apparently greeted at the club by her very own "Stars Are Blind" and spent the next couple hours dancing with her remaining possible BFFs. Saturday night Paris only had eyes for Benji when the two joined Nicky and David for a birthday party. You may not be interested in becoming Paris' closest friend, but it looks like she found plenty of wanna bes to star in her new show. Will you at least be interested in watching it?

The Search for Paris Hilton's New BFF Is Underway

Paris Hilton took Thursday night off from cooking for her man to attend the Summer Stars Party in LA with Benji. She kept things simple in a LBD instead of one of her usually colorful outfits - maybe she was too tired to dress up after working so hard on her new show? On Friday, Paris updated her MySpace blog to let fans know what's happening in her search for a new BFF. Here's more:

Hey everyone! I am so excited, we have finally started taping my new show for MTV. I just want to thank you all for sending in your videos and applications. The response was massive and incredible, we had more applicants then any show in history, so that felt really nice that so many people wanted to be apart of it. I met all the contestants on wednesday night. I had them all meet me at the club Les Deux. I was a little nervous at first cause I always get shy meeting new people. But everyone ended up being very sweet, cool and fun to be around. I'm really happy with the final contestants, although it was really hard to pick only 18 people from so many great choices.

Today I had the team from Fred Seagal Beauty come do makeovers on these girls and boys and the results were astonishing. They all looked stunning and beautiful and hot! So much fun! I love doing make overs on my friends .I have to do an elimination tomorrow, meaning telling one of the contestants that they have to leave. I am having anxiety and really dreading those moments of all the eliminations. But it's going to be a lot of fun and a these people will get to have a fun experience and I'm happy cause I feel like I've made friends with some of these people already.

Paris seems to think that the future holds marriage and babies for her and Benji, but we're looking forward to seeing what kind of crazy makeovers she's given to the contestants. Paris Shops Before Starting Her BFF Quest

Paris Hilton treated herself to yet another day of shopping in LA yesterday, checking out the goods at Betsey Johnson. It was a busy day of press for Paris including chatting with Ryan Seacrest where she premiered her new song and talked about how lucky DJ AM is to be alive and how she'll never fly on a LearJet again . Most of you weren't planning to tune into the premiere of Paris Hilton's My New BFF, but I most certainly did. Five of the potential BFFs got the "TTYN" (yes, talk to you never) last night as Paris started her best friend competition. So did any of you catch the show after all and if so, what did you think?

Love It or Hate It? Paris Hilton's Fringed Look

Never one to shy away from the limelight, Paris Hilton was basking in the attention at the Hollywood screening of her new show, My New BFF last night. Her skin looked typically glowing and I've grown to like the baby-pink lip colour she wears, it does seem to suit her complexion and youthful personality. I'm not a fan of her pale eyeshadow colours though. For me, that's one step too far into Barbie girl territory.

Paris wore her hair in a wispy feathered fringe which had a definite romantic air. It looked softer than some of her recent coiffered dos, while a slight backcomb on the crown and feminine waves made for a wearable, yet stylish look.

Paris Is Ready to Finally Find Her British Best Friend

Paris Hilton wrapped up her time in Tokyo and, after a quick stop in LA, headed to London today. She's in town to host a tea party in honor of the British version of My New BFF, despite the fact that she already seems to be bored with the winner of the US series. Paris looked happy to be back in the city she spent so much time in last year, and maybe she'll even hit the town to reconnect with her royal friends - which seems especially likely now that one of the princes is single.
