The weekend was good to the American swim team, but not everyone's eyes were on Phelps. Rafael Nadal, the Spanish heartthrob, won a gold medal yesterday making history as the first Spanish tennis player to win Olympic gold. Now as I told you last week, I'm a huge fan of tennis players, and even though Nadal is baby faced, he looks pretty doable to me!

Life is very good for Rafael Nadal. The 22-year-old tennis star celebrated his very dramatic first-ever Wimbledon win over Roger Federer this past Sunday back home in Mallorca. Yesterday, he stripped off his shirt and cozied up to his recently revealed girlfriend of three years, Maria Francisca Perello.

Gwen and Gavin were back to their courtside box to root for their favorite Roger Federer in the men's singles final at Wimbledon in London yesterday. Unfortunately, they couldn't keep the hot streak going, and Roger lost to Rafael Nadal. It might have been a disappointing day for some, but at least they had adorable Kingston waiting back at home to put a smile on their faces.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale cheered on their pal Roger Federer at Wimbledon's men's singles final yesterday, but the Swiss lost out to Rafael Nadal in the longest ever final. The exciting match marked the end of the tournament at London's All England Lawn Tennis Club, which saw Venus Williams beat Serena in the women's singles final on Saturday. The sisters got to celebrate together later when they won the women's doubles.

Last year the women's Wimbledon finals brought the Williams sisters to center court rallying through two sets of sibling rivalry, with Venus coming out the champ. The men's final was super exciting with Federer and Nadal battling for five long sets. In fact it was the longest men's final match in the history of Wimbledon.
