Many an A-lister made the trek to Dubai today to celebrate the grand opening of the Atlantis Palm Resort. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson
traveled from London to join Sam's mother Ann Dexter-Jones, while Mischa Barton will show up anywhere there's a red carpet. The eclectic crew, which included Mary-Kate Olsen all draped in white, Gerard Butler, Charlize Theron, and Stuart Townsend, was treated to dinner and an elaborate performance from Kylie Minogue.

Adrian Grenier and his
Entourage headed to JFK airport Thursday to celebrate the Virgin America's maiden voyage from New York to LAX. Before taking their seats in first class, the guys popped a little bubbly to get into the partying mood. Seems like life is starting to imitate art for the guys and their glamorous lives, even if
Vinny Chase's career will start out at a low point in the season premiere Sunday night.

It was a 90th birthday party to remember for Nelson Mandela, who went big for his star-studded celebration in London's Hyde Park yesterday. Will Smith managed to tear himself away from his non-stop
promotional tour of Hancock to catch up with his buddies Robert de Niro, Forest Whitaker and Denzel Washington, and of course to spend some time with Jada. There was no sign of Amy Winehouse, but Naomi Campbell was happy to provide the drama, showing up even though Nelson personally requested she be
removed from the guest list after her
recent legal issues.

Branson to Marry Couple High in the Sky
Starting this Summer, customers will finally be able to go the distance (literally) and hop on board the Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo for its very first test flights. "Customers will have a two-hour flight, go up to 70 miles above the Earth, and experience amazing views of the planet, G forces, and weightlessness after a three-day training program," said a spokesperson from Virgin Galactic.

Paris is the latest to drop close to $200K for the chance to go into space, on a spaceship that hasn't even been built yet. She has reserved a spot on Richard Branson's spaceship he is hoping to build. So far a London-based advertising executive, an artist from Monaco and a 70-year-old who's skydived at the North Pole, plus a few others have signed up for the trip.
