Following all the fun of New York and London Fashion Weeks, Milan has had its turn with celebs making the trip to Italy to check out the shows. Rachel Bilson looked cute in the front row of the Salvatore Ferragamo show while, at Dolce & Gabbana, Peaches Geldof and friends Alice Dellal, Portia Freeman and Daisy Lowe watched models including Lily Donaldson walk down the runway. Janet Jackson, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Hilary Swank and Claudia Schiffer were also among those that attended shows over the weekend, while Anna Wintour and Roger Federer attended the Versace show!

Always exciting, the Wimbledon championship matches seemed liked history repeating itself, but with the opposite outcomes. The Williams sisters battled it in the finals again this year, but with Serena coming out on top beating her older sister. This was Serena's third time winning Wimbledon, and by beating her sister she stopped Venus from winning the title for three years in a row.

If you find yourself all fired up to play tennis after watching Wimbledon, let me remind you to warm up before you rally. Watching elite athletes can be really deceptive. They lunge, jump, and volley with such ease, but this is one game that can be hard on your body.
