Hilary showed off what looks to be some fancy tongue tricks as a guest on The Sauce the other day in New York. She looks pretty goofy considering how scary The Reaping looks. Guess that's what makes her a two-time Oscar winner -- the ability to play anything at any time.

Former ordained minister Katherine Winter (Hilary Swank) has turned her back on her faith after losing her husband and daughter while doing missionary work in Sudan. When The Reaping opens, she’s a skeptical scientist who debunks religious miracles.
Katherine’s skepticism is challenged when she’s summoned by Doug (David Morrissey) to Haven, Louisiana, where the locals insist they’re being visited by Biblical plagues.

When I first started watching the trailer for The Reaping, which comes out this Thursday, April 5, I was like, "Hey, this looks pretty cool!" But then, just as quickly, I was like, "Nah." The premise sounds really interesting: A small town in Louisiana appears to be suffering through the 10 Biblical plagues, attracting the attention of a Christian missionary-turned-scientific expert.

One of the best things about exercise is that in order to reap its amazing benefits, you don't have to do it all at once. This means that if you would like to get in at least 45 minutes of walking daily, you can break it up into segments throughout the day and still benefit.
So a sample plan for getting in 45 minutes of walking in:
- Start by waking up with a 15 minute walk in the morning with the dog.

It was a meeting of the Academy Award Winning Best Actresses at The Reaping premiere in LA last night. Hilary, who looked surprisingly glamorous (she's def got the sexy in her) stars in the horror film while Charlize was just there to look hot. Okay, okay, she was probably there to see the movie, too.

Garlic is so very good for you, but it needs to be prepared a special way if you are to reap all its healthful benefits.
Web MD is reporting that when you are cooking garlic it needs to be crushed in order to conserve its healthy anti-clotting compounds. Seems that most studies on garlic have been performed on raw, but the majority of folks cook it.

I've been aching to own the Clio Glass Hargreave Carafe ($120) since I first saw it about five years ago. It's so clever and fun! I love its modern pill shape and bright colors, and how its top becomes a glass.

Pregnancy is to be celebrated but there are rare occasions when a woman tries to hide her expectant status to reap the benefits of a vacant womb, especially in the workplace. In the "Never Judge a Lady by Her Lover" episode of Desperate Housewives, Carlos gives Lynette a promotion that she initially tries to reject knowing she has two babies in her belly. When the boss man mentions the salary increase, she quickly takes the offer and keeps her mouth shut about her impending arrivals.

Hey Fit,
I had post-work appetizers and drinks with a girlfriend last night, and as we departed she said she was heading to the gym. Granted, we each had two light beers over maybe an hour and 20 minutes, but it surprised me that she'd go work out after a couple drinks. She said she doesn't do it all the time, but if she's not feeling too tipsy it actually helps her kind of zone out and get into her workout, and by the time she's finished any possible buzz is gone.
