I don't know much about her, but it sounds like she has a pretty healthy lifestyle. I doubt she's as virtuous as she claims, though...she's gotta have more vices than just coffee and kombucha.

I agree with her about trying trapeze though...I've always wanted to try it too.

i just saw pics of her doing trapeze stuff somehwere the other day, that looks fun! I'm not a huge fan of her, I don't think she's a very good Sookie, but she does have a nice body!

She's not a vamp in True Blood! Just a 'fang banger' with some special mind reading powers.

I am still up in the air about whether I like her or not as Sookie, and harry is right, she's not a vamp.

I wish I could take lots of naps - I do think she's right - getting enough sleep is key to health.

No, Anna is not a very good Sookie. Sookie, according to the books, is supposed to be a blonde bombshell...Anna isn't really a bombshell. She does look fit, though. What is kombucha?

kombucha can totally be a vice. it is super good for you, but i personally crave that stuff more than coffee, alcohol, or chocolate. and it's really, really expensive unless you brew your own. i personally love the taste.

i think she seems to have a really healthy attitude. good for her.

Kombucha is a fermented tea/juice beverage. It tastes sort of like apple cider vinegar. The ginger flavor is rather addicting.

there's no way kombucha is a vice. true, buying the ready bottled stuff is pricey - but is that really an issue for her? as far as what kombucha is - it's full of pro-biotic bacteria and enzymes that have a whole host of benefits. i used to drink it when i was in the first cycle of birth control because it upset my stomach and also if i ever have to take anti-biotics. it tastes RANK! so if you're craving it, then your body likes it and you should give in and even learn to make it ( i had a Russian friend whose grandpa did when we were kids... it wasn't too complicated, you just have to make sure it doesn't mold ). and i always noticed that i had the strangest dreams when i drank it.

if i craved a bottle of kombucha vs. a bacon cheeseburger, you wouldn't hear me complaining. so, unless you've found some way to brew it to the strength of say... Moonshine, then i think the statement is lame and maybe she's just saying that to sound like these size 0 models tell you they eat whatever they want, so you will feel bad about your own cravings/indulgences/etc.

You know I have heard other people complaining about how she's not as beautiful as Sookie - wah, wah, wah. Personally I think she is gorgeous. That's the problem when a character in a book who is described as beautiful is portrayed on film/tv - everyone has a different idea of what is beautiful and you can't please everyone.

I love her! She's one of my favorite actresses now.

I never used to think much of her and I could take her or leave her. And I do admit when I first heard she was playing Sookie, I'm like nooooo. lol There's even a post on here (not Fitsugar) about her playing Sookie and I commented can't see her as Sookie, maybe Kate Hudson with bigger boobs. lol And I still didn't care for her as Sookie in the first season but she grew on me and grew on me, and now I like her as Sookie (and yes, they are physically different and Anna isn't your standard Hollywood beauty - and she even admits that - but I think she's pretty in her own way).

Anyway, if there is a celeb out there who I admire and look to for being fit and eating healthy it's Anna.

She's definitely a good healthy role model!
