Jennifer Garner was casual in her favorite denim shirt yesterday when she picked Violet up from school in LA. By night, Jen got glam in lace and leather Versace for her big West Coast premiere of Valentine's Day. The screening gave Jennifer a chance to reunite with her mutual girl crush and fellow Marie Claire cover girl Jessica Biel, but it's not certain whether they'll be keeping up the fun.

Ben Affleck carried a snacking Violet into her Santa Monica school yesterday, getting in the Valentine's Day spirit with all her pink accessories. Jennifer was in charge of the pickup side of things, and Violet looked very animated telling mom about her day. Jennifer, who is out doing promotion for her movie Valentine's Day, has had to answer lots of questions about her husband, from their own Feb 14 plans to his fitness regimen to his romantic gestures that won her over — though it sounds like Ben and Jen don't always see eye to eye on her answers.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck spent their Saturday afternoon exploring an LA park with Violet and Seraphina.
