Black and yellow are normally associated with bees, but not in this case. Miss Bea Heyvin's fantastically bumble beautiful look, instead, screams confidence. So cool how she used the illustration as inspiration to construct a similarly sassy ensemble. I love the fluidity of the polka-dot frock and the rigidity of the coat. 2010 Spring Milan Fashion Week Fab Roundup!

Even under a scrunched time line, Milan Fashion Week stunned with numerous beautiful collections. In this roundup, I highlight some of my favorite designers, including Versace, Ferragamo, Fendi, and Armani, to name a few. I admit, Dolce & Gabbana's collection was my favorite, but that's not stopping me from showing you Bottega's soft and swirly frock, Gucci's cut-out wonder, and Emilio Pucci's magical prints. I can't seem to resist this tropical bohemian masterpiece from Etro. Simply a-mazing.

Catwalk Trend Alert: Leather

Tough leather returned to the catwalks this Autumn as some of the biggest design houses (think Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton and Prada to name a few) championed the fabric. It fitted in nicely with the '80s revival as big shoulders become de rigeur especially at Balmain and Alexander Wang. Tess Takes on Cheryl in the Saturday Night Style Wars

You'd be forgiven for thinking that the main style battle that takes place on a Saturday night is between X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue. Well, whilst I certainly have my eye on that one it seems that a new style battle is about to emerge between Cheryl and Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly.

Earlier this week, PopSugar UK revealed the line up for this series which includes organic beauty guru Jo Wood, Hollyoaks star Ali Bastian and Footballers Wives actress Zoe Lucker.

Tess used the launch to introduce us to her designer frocks posing in a gorgeous Alberta Ferretti one shoulder number. I caught up with her earlier this year at the Ashley Isham Autumn show where she revealed she was eyeing up Ashley's designs for the new series. She told me, "I particularly like the pink dress with a black stripe down the side and a gold belt." Whatever she decides to wear, there is sure to be a lot of glamour!

Cruise '10 Trend: Clean, Lean Trousers

With Cruise '10 in full effect, let's stop and evaluate the latest. Frocks and skirts dominated, but what really caught my eye were clean, lean trousers - quite the opposite of crazy harem pants. Instead, trousers ranged from cropped and loose-fitting to tight and body-con. All polished, all pretty. Each style had its own appeal; I can see myself rockin' these silky Roksanda Ilincic trousers to a rooftop party and these Rebecca Taylor pants for a lazy bike ride.
