Alesha Dixon has set tongues wagging about whether or not she has a future on Strictly Come Dancing. At the Variety Club Gold Heart Appeal launch at Battersea Power Station this week she spoke about her new music, and said: "I’m starting the album from scratch this week, including writing and recording everything. It’s all I’m thinking about.
Stars Strut in Skimpy Outfits at the 40 Principales Awards
The 40 Principales / Top 40 Awards were held at the Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid, Spain this weekend, with plenty of singing talent walking the blue carpet and performing at the ceremony. Robbie Williams preceded his The X Factor appearance and sang at the ceremony, as did Alesha Dixon who wore a very short yellow dress and a pink glittery body underneath!
As she arrived at the awards, Alesha looked stunning in a fitted black dress, while Pixie Lott wore a cream and brown floor length number.
Singing Stars Ring In Christmas at London's Jingle Bell Ball
The O2 Arena in London played host to Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball over the weekend, with loads of top music stars entertaining the crowds over two days. Brit singers like Alexandra Burke, Alesha Dixon, Pixie Lott and La Roux were joined by American and international female stars like Shakira, Miley Cyrus and Jordin Sparks. Plenty of male performers also took to the stage, including Ne-Yo, Dizzee Rascal, Taio Cruz, Flo Rida and Tinchy Stryder.

Behind the Seams: River Island's T's For The Trust
Last night, River Island hosted an event at their Oxford Street flagship and boy do they know how to party! It was held to mark the launch of their T's for the Trust range which is a collection of t-shirts for the Princes' Trust designed by celebrities. Alesha Dixon and Pixie Lott, who have both designed pieces channeling their own style, were at the party posing in their respective creations.

Alesha Dixon Dazzles With New Deal
Alesha Dixon swapped her running shoes for high heels as she unveiled the new Ford Fiesta at the motor show in London yesterday. It's not surprising Alesha looks tickled pink, as she's just signed an expanded rights deal with Asylum UK, a division of Atlantic Records, which will involve not only music but merchandise, sponsorship and brand partnership. She said: "I am over the moon with my new home, I have had an amazing journey so far, but this feels like the beginning of something really special.
