Stars Get A Lift At The Hangover Premiere

Lily Loveless, Megan Prescott and Kathryn Prescott from Skins were a few of the British stars out at the premiere of new comedy The Hangover last night. The cast, including gorgeous Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha and Heather Graham also attended to promote their film, fooling around outside the West End cinema by taking turns to be carried for entertainment of the crowd! Mischa Joins WAGS and Willises For Fifi Fragrance Awards

The stars turned out for Fifi Fragrance Awards at the Dorchester Hotel in London last night. Mischa Barton went floor-length and fabulous for the evening event, after attending the Matthew Williamson for H&M Launch earlier in the day. Abi Clancy supported her fellow WAG Elen Rives, who has opened up about her split from Frank Lampard. Matt and Emma Willis giggled as they left the ceremony with their goodie bags and growing baby bump: test how well you can identify pregnant celebrities by taking my quiz! Stars Rock Out At The NME Awards

The NME Awards took place last night in London, with stars lining up on the red carpet to attend the show, including Alex Turner, Pete Doherty, Alexa Chung, Carl Barat, Nicola Roberts, Sarah Harding, Dave Berry, Robert Smith, Little Boots, Dizzee Rascal and Noel Fielding. Alexa looked stylish as ever in her black and white outfit and even managed to carry off the painful looking coldsore that she'd been trying to cover at London Fashion Week. Director Tim Burton was also there to award the Godlike Genius award to The Cure and Graham Coxon and Damon Albarn performed together for the first time in nine years- check out all the winners here, and then vote in Fab and Bella's love it or hate it polls!

Steve, Davina and Kylie Kick Off 4Music

I love these pics of Steve Jones, they make me laugh. But why is he dressed as a builder? Well, tonight 4Music launches as a spangly new channel, featuring music shows, exclusives, festival coverage (V is featured this weekend) and artist interviews alongside the usual fare of vids and countdowns. Tonight lovely Steve and Davina McCall will kick off proceedings with their 20 Big Ones which sees Steve dressing up as a "camp builder" – a male version of those under-dressed women in Benny Benassi’s "Satisfaction" vid. Nice. Here's what Steve and Davina had to say about the launch:

Can you describe your opening show on 4Music?
Steve: "Think of Steve and Davina’s Big Ones as two hours of music labour where at the end where we give birth to Kylie Minogue (in concert – the world exclusive of KYLIEX2008 at 9pm). But without the pain."
What’s it like working with each other again (after last year's Big Brother special)?
Steve: "For me and Davina to present the first show... it’s a true honour. I love working with Davina and really enjoy being on screen with her."
Davina: "I love Steve! He make it so easy and we’ve just got a very good rapport, the more I work with him the better it gets. I do hope I get to work with him again."

What is it about 4Music that you’re looking forward to?
Davina: "The live coverage of gigs. I don't get to many gigs with three kids! I really miss the live aspect."
How do you feel to be hosting the first ever show on the channel?
Steve: "I couldn’t be more honoured to present the first ever show on 4Music. The future is very bright for 4Music, so why shouldn’t it have its own channel?"
Davina: "Its brilliant ...a real honour. I started my career on a music television channel so it felt rather good and to be the first people on the channel is pretty exciting. I am totally passionate about music and couldn't live without it, so thank you 4Music!"

Here's the launch night schedule (on Sky 360, Virgin 330 and Freeview 18):

7pm - Steve and Davina's 20 Big Ones – twenty big hits from the biggest stars to celebrate the launch.
9pm - World exclusive footage of Kylie Minogue's KYLIEX2008 concert at the O2. This will include all her hits and backstage footage.
1110pm – Live action direct from the Big Brother house.
1.10am – Repeat of Steve and Davina’s 20 Big Ones for those who have been out partying.
3am – 4Music Floorfillers, an eclectic mix of upbeat party tunes.
This weekend there will be exclusive live coverage of the V Festival with headline sets from The Verve and Muse. This will be followed by coverage of Bestival, featuring Amy Winehouse headlining. In September, 4Music will be teaming up with Vodafone Live Music Awards to celebrate live music in a star studded ceremony.
Other series that will appear will include Live from Abbey Road, 4Music Presents, T-Mobile Transmission and Shockwaves Album Chart Show. Concerts will include Kylie, Jay-Z in New York, N.E.R.D., McFly and The Streets. Highlights from The Sunday Night Projectand musical Star Stories will also be shown. Phew!

Fearne, Kelly and Dermot at Sony Radio Academy Awards

While the Sex and the City premiere took over Leicester Square last night, the Sony Radio Academy Awards went down at London's Grosvenor House Hotel. Jonathan Ross, an absent Russell Brand and the lovely Dermot O'Leary picked up gold in their categories and Chris Moyles received his award from his parents! Claudia Winkleman wowed in a backless black number and Kelly Osbourne wore a dramatic dress, but missed out on the Rising Star award to BBC 6 Music's George Lamb. Fearne Cotton brightened things up with her gorgeous Warehouse dress - Fab UK has the details.

Hard Rockin' Mathew Horne

Ever since I started watching Gavin And Stacey I've had a major crush on Mathew Horne, and he was looking particularly gorgeous at The Charlatans live set for The Road To Hard Rock Calling in London last night. Other guests included Alex Zane and Lou Hayter from the New Young Pony Club.

We're likely to see much more of Mathew in the future, not only in the Xmas special of Gavin And Stacey, but in the sketch show he's doing for BBC3 with his co-star James Corden, which will be directed by Kathy Burke. Mat said that working with Kathy is "a true dream" of his. The pair are also doing a few live dates around the country to test out their material for the show. I can't wait!

The gorgeous and the glamorous were out in London tonight for Elle magazine's annual Style Awards. To sum up – a smiley Kylie was named Woman of The Year, Keira was their Best Actress, and Kate Hudson was named an Elle Style Icon. Lily Allen turned up in a 'love it or hate it' pale pink floral dress and other Brit beauties Agyness Deyn, Alexa Chung, Jamelia and Pixie Geldof showed up in a range of classic and more extreme looks on the red carpet.

The Alex Zane Couples Game

The Alex Zane Couples Game is a lot like that effed up game show on Fox, The Moment of Truth. It puts a lie detector to work as couples get asked highly personal questions about their relationships. The contestants don't know that the game is a prank and the lie detector is fake, so even if their answers are true, they're gonna buzz in as lies. Which is kind of a big deal when your wife is asked if she's been sleeping around with other peeps, namely your best buddies, and she says "no" - bzzzzzzzz! Uh-oh.

And The 2009 Fifi Awards For Best Fragrances Goes To . . .

Last night at the Dorchester Hotel in London, celebrities and beauty business fixtures gathered for the 17th Annual Fragrance Foundation UK Awards (better known as "The Fifi's"). The profits from the event were donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust, and in the past few years alone, The Fifi's have raised over £100,000 for the charity.

I was lucky enough to speak with Janine Roxbrough Bunce, the Executive Director of the Fragrance Foundation this morning, who said, "the atmosphere last night was starry and electric. This has become the Oscars of the fragrance industry, and is very important to the world of fragrance. The aim in the future is to get the public more and more involved in the awards and eventually, we'd love to see the masses voting online for their favourite scents."

19 crystal awards were given out in total with two being new to this year. One especially worth mentioning is the Lifetime Achievement Award which went to 82 year old Jean-Paul Guerlain. The winners, (which are scents from 1 Jan - 31 Dec of 2008) didn't necessarily surprise me, however, I felt that a few of my faves have been overlooked. Mischa Barton revealed last night that one of her favourite fragrances is She Wood by DSquared2, while Alex Zane proudly announced that he was wearing Boss by Hugo Boss.

Stars Shine At Stones' Film Showing

London's Leicester Square was a madhouse last night due to the UK premiere of the new Rolling Stones / Martin Scorsese documentary Shine A Light. Martin didn't make it across the pond to attend, but lots of stars showed up to hang out with the legends, including Rob Brydon, Jaime Winstone, Alexa Chung (love her bag!) and Noel Fielding. The sight of the Stones even caused Liam Gallagher to make an appearance on the red carpet alongside a couple of his bandmates and wife Nicole.
