brilliant blue stole the spotlight last night at a screening of
Brothers in NYC. One of her two leading men, Tobey Maguire, joined her on the red carpet along with his wife Jennifer Meyer, though Jake Gyllenhaal missed the event. Amanda Peet was right by her husband David Benioff's side, supporting his latest screenwriting effort.

7The movie looks like it would be quite good, except for casting Natalie Portman as a mother of two school-age children!! Perhaps Amanda Peet would have been a better choice. I just can't imagine Nat being a mother. Plus, she looks so much younger than Jake and Tobey.
