The A-List Help Simon Cowell Celebrate His 50th in Style

Simon Cowell turns 50 on Wednesday, so he gathered his A-list pals at Wrotham Park mansion on Saturday for a lavish party. His fellow X Factor judges Cheryl Cole, Dannii Minogue and Louis Walsh plus presenters Holly Willoughby and Dermot O'Leary joined the celebrations, with Dannii and Louis both buying him a mirror. Simon's Britain's Got Talent colleagues Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan were also spotted leaving the party. Simon's such a popular guy, his friends will even cross oceans to congratulate him on his milestone birthday, and Ryan Seacrest and Randy Jackson made the trip to represent American Idol.

Kate Moss continued the birthday celebrations of last week with Jamie Hince, while James Corden and David Walliams shared a lift. Gordon and Tana Ramsay and Naomi Campbell also joined the party, which was Simon themed with waiters wearing masks of his face and alphabet spaghetti spelling out his name! There were also giant inflatable sex toys to entertain the guests at the party, which reportedly cost £2million. It sounds like such a fun night!

Davina, Peter and Ant & Dec Reveal All at Edinburgh TV Festival

The Edinburgh International Television Festival took place over the weekend, with many of my favourite TV stars in attendance. Davina McCall spoke about her tears at hearing Big Brother was being axed, but added she wants to enter the house next year! Ant and Dec chatted about Britain's Got Talent and defended the decision to allow Susan Boyle to perform, and also revealed they're rehearsing a new show where the duo and two families will compete, due to be broadcast next Spring. Peter Andre spoke about the Katie and Peter reality shows, saying he doesn't regret their relationship being televised, but he added: "I really don't think I'd want to be with someone in the industry". Frank Skinner, Ross Kemp, Jimmy Carr, Christopher Biggins and Amanda Holden were also in Scotland for the festival: check out pictures after the jump.

The Queen continued her very busy week yesterday with a day out at Royal Ascot. She was joined by fellow Royals Princess Beatrice, Camilla Parker Bowles and Sophie Rhys-Jones along with Amanda Holden and Katherine Jenkins all of whom were showing off some impressive headwear. From Amanda's burlesque style red hat to the Queen's more traditional style, there was plenty to chose from. Out of these six lovely ladies, who do you think has the best headwear?

Simon and Amanda Join The Queen For Royal Ascot

The Queen continued her busy week following Trooping the Colour and the Order of the Garter Ceremony Procession with a trip to the races yesterday. She was joined by members of her family as well as Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh for the first day of The Royal Meeting at Ascot. Prince Charles and Prince Philip wore top hats, while the women wore a variety of headgear. My girl FabUK wants to know which headwear do you like best? Following The Finale, Diversity Have Demi Moore's Support

Diversity - the winners of Britain's Got Talent - celebrated their win at the weekend, posing for photos at a press conference in London and talking about their surprise victory! Ashley Banjo, the twenty-year-old choreographer at the heart of the group, said, "I really didn't expect us to win at all, I thought there was no chance whatsoever. We were just going to do our best. So to come away as the winners, we still haven't got our heads around it." Susan Boyle came second in the competition, and though she's currently suffering from exhaustion, if she decides to continue with her career she's expected to make £7million in her first year. Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan were spotted at the Dorchester for the afterparty following the final, and they had some rather famous viewers on the other side of the Atlantic. Demi Moore watched the show, tweeting that Diversity were "...amazing and so incredibly humble", hearing that, group member Ian McNaughton said:

"Did she say that? I'm lost for words. I don't know what to say. That's amazing, absolutely amazing."

I can't wait to see their act at the Royal Variety Performance, and watch what Ashley will choreograph for the awesome dance group this time after their fantastic performances in the semi-final and final!

Susan Boyle Taken To The Priory Suffering From Exhaustion

Britain's Got Talent runner up Susan Boyle was taken to The Priory clinic on Sunday evening, after doctors and police were called to her hotel at 6pm. The talent show singer has had a huge rise to success following her first audition for the programme where she wowed judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan. Her unique talent led to her appearance on a number of American TV shows, and put her firmly in the spotlight, with Monday's semi-final, and the Saturday night final bringing the entire experience to a head.

Susan came in second place in the competition, voted for by the public, with dance act Diversity coming in first place. A spokesperson for the TV programme made this statement:

"Following Saturday night's show, Susan is exhausted and emotionally drained. She has been seen by her private GP who supports her decision to take a few days out for rest and recovery. We offer her our ongoing support and wish her a speedy recovery."

Our thoughts are with Susan during her recovery.

Diversity Win Britain's Got Talent 2009!

After a week of the most bizarre and brilliant acts performing in the live semi-finals, Britain's Got Talent finally came to a close tonight with a spectacular final show. The acts performing in the final were Aiden Davis, Hollie Steele, 2 Grand, Julian Smith, Stavros Flatley, Shaheen Jafargholi, Shaun Smith, Flawless, Susan Boyle and Diversity. The top three were dance act Diversity, singer Susan Boyle and saxophonist Julian Smith, with Diversity winning the prize of £100,000 and to perform at the Royal Variety Performance this year in front of Her Majesty the Queen. Check out their winning performance!

It has been a headline making series, with Susan Boyle making a huge impact both on this side of the Atlantic and in the US, where she got an enormous amount of attention ever since her very first audition was shown and became a YouTube sensation. I'm gearing up to watch the big finale of Britain's Got Talent, where Aiden Davis, Hollie Steele, 2 Grand, Julian Smith, Stavros Flatley, Shaheen Jafargholi, Shaun Smith, Flawless, Susan Boyle and Diversity go head to head to be crowned winner of this series! The show starts on ITV1 at 6.45pm and then there's a hour's break from 8.30pm before the winner is finally announced in the 9.30pm show! But will you be watching tonight? Britain's Got Talent Finalists: Aiden Davis and Hollie Steele

Yesterday was the last semi-final of Britain's Got Talent, with the absolutely fantastic young dancer Aiden Davis deservedly getting the public vote, and nervous young singer Hollie Steele getting the judges' nod to go through to tonight's big final! Other acts that performed were cuddly dancers The Dreambears, singing family Good Evans, juggler Luke Clements, singer and guitarist Mark Matcham, dance troupe DCD Seniors and soprano Greg Pritchard. It was an emotional night as young Hollie's nerves got the better of her and she had to stop her song, but Simon stepped in and demanded that she should be given a second chance. Check out the Aiden and Hollie's performances below and let me know if you think they deserve their places in the final!

Britain's Got Talent Finalists: 2 Grand and Julian Smith

Following Wednesday night's break for the football, last night Britain's Got Talent was back with another semi-final ahead of Saturday night's big final! This week the adorable grandfather and granddaughter act 2 Grand went through to the final, as well as lovely saxophonist Julian Smith, who won the public vote. Other acts last night included Jackie Prescott and her dog Tippy Toes, dance group Sugar Free, energetic young entertainer Callum Francis, the rather mature break dancer Fred Bowers, pop band Brit Chix, and the amazing Fabia Cerra and her light-up assets.
