Check Out More of Angelina and The Kids in W!

We've been waiting patiently for the rest of the W Magazine spread and interview since first seeing the controversial cover of Angelina Jolie and initial quotes last week. Now, the article is here and while only a taste of the 21 page photo spread is out, you can check out eight of the gorgeous photos here. Love how personal and intimate they seem - the whole family looks stunning. There is also the back story on how the shoot came to be with Brad as photographer, but here are more interview highlights:

On Maddox's love of guns and knives: “My mom took me to buy my first daggers when I was 11 or 12,” she recalls. “And I’ve already bought Maddox some things. We take him to a special shop.” She emphasizes that the knife blades are dulled so they’re not dangerous, and that the purchases are accompanied by discussions about violence. But, she says, “we also talk about samurais and about the idea of defending someone as good. We talk about everything.”
On traveling: “It’s part of how I want to raise them,” Jolie says, adding that they’ve shown no resistance to being uprooted. “If you tell them we’re getting on a plane tomorrow, they’re all excited to pack their bags, and if you say we’re not coming back for months, they won’t bat an eye,” she says. “I think they see the world as a home. I’ve seen Madd run through the markets of Addis Ababa [in Ethiopia] and not notice that it’s very poor, or that everyone is African or that he’s Asian. It wouldn’t matter to him.” If Jolie has a favorite possession, she says, it’s the overstuffed Tumi case that holds the family’s travel documents: Vietnamese, Namibian, Ethiopian, French and American passports, plus her own UN credentials.

On Brad: “I love his photography,” she says. “Some people have a hobby, and they find the quickest way to it and are very pleased with the outcome right away. But he’s someone who will really study the camera-he’ll get the most complicated one and really understand the science behind it. And he’s very critical of his own work. I’ll see a photograph and think it’s amazing, but he’ll see all the different reasons why it can be better, and he’ll work very, very hard to improve it.”
On the kids: As we wind up the interview, Jolie asks suddenly, “Want to walk around?” and adds, “You might run into a bunch of small people.” We head back to the garden, where a cluster of pétanque balls are scattered on the ground, and up to the empty pool. “I seem to have lost my children,” Jolie deadpans. She suspects they’re still where she left them, in her and Pitt’s bedroom. It’s become their favorite hangout lately. “Most nights, someone ends up in our bed,” Jolie says. “They’ve just taken over in there-especially right now, because we want them to feel that the babies aren’t special in the room. So our door is much more like a swinging door.” The Jolie-Pitt bedroom, of course, remains off-limits to journalists. And sometimes even to kids, Jolie declares. “The kids do knock before entering,” she says. “We’ve at least got that part down. Because Mommy and Daddy need some space.”

We can't wait to see the rest of the photos when the magazine hits newsstands October 21, but until then these photos and intimate quotes give us a great peek into the life of the Jolie-Pitts.

Mini Mes: Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox Jolie-Pitt

To say that Shiloh Jolie-Pitt and her siblings, twins Vivienne and Knox, have a strong family resemblance would be an understatement. Tinseltown's favorite tots - Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox- jetted to Japan with their parents looking ridiculously adorable and fashionably outfitted. While Angelina and Brad have commented that Vivienne looks more like mama and Knox is an image of pops, they forgot to mention that the babies' chubby cheeks, striking blue eyes, creamy complexions, and fair hair mirror that of their big sis. The Jolie-Pitts Fun Filled Snow Trip!

So CUTE! While the Jolie-Pitts are already back in LA, we couldn't resist sharing more of their weekend at Mammoth Mountain. Brad Dad showed his boys the ropes with some awesome-looking tubing - look how much fun Pax had! Love how Brad's just like any dorky dad videotaping his son's mountain adventures. (Possibly pregnant) Angelina and the girls just watched the boys play, but didn't miss out on the chance to show off their little pink snowsuits. These photos can't help but make you smile - especially coupled with today's news that Pax is now officially a Jolie-Pitt! Angelina, Brad, and Pax went to the courthouse in LA yesterday to finalize the adoption. Just in time for the announcement of baby number five? We'll see. Until then, big old awwwwws looking through all of these pictures.

Check Out the Jolie-Pitts All Playing Outside in France!

It's right back to business at the estate for the Jolie-Pitt family! The whole family - minus the new twins Knox and Vivienne - played in the yard on Sunday. Maddox with his bleached hair and Pax played with that awesome giant ball while Zahara ran around while Shiloh, well, Shiloh looked a little upset. Awwww. There were even some other kids around, as well as Brad's mom who chatted with Angelina. We got our first peek at post babies Angelina and Brad when they shared a moment on their hotel roof, but this is a way better glimpse of one of our favorite celebrity families. So cute.

Angelina Not Pregnant, On the Pill

Angelina has been very open lately about her personal life with Brad and the kids. She spoke about wanting more kids, falling in love with Brad and now she is telling us she's on the pill. She gave yet another interview with Diane Sawyer on GMA. She talked more about more future baby Jolie-Pitts. She was also adamant that she's not pregnant. Here's more:

"I shouldn't have been drinking wine then last night," she said with a laugh. "No, we're not. I'm on the pill."

Jolie says that while having another biological child with Pitt is a possibility, it is more likely they would adopt another child first.

"I even think that I did make it clear that we, we would think about adopting next, which is important for me in the balance of how - in our own family, our kids perceive it. I want Madd to know that as our family grew and we all came together, we didn't just start having children, biological children. You know, that, that yes, we have Shiloh and it's been a wonderful experience, but we want to find another brother or sister in the world for our family."

Jolie makes it clear that she and Pitt are not just randomly putting together a "rainbow family" with children from all over the world.

"You know, now the questions are more when you have a mixed-race family, do you balance the races so there's another African person in the house for Z? So there's another Asian person in the house for Madd? Shiloh has Brad and I she can look at," Jolie said.

Sounds like a good excuse to adopt a lot more babies! Angelina looks beautiful in the interview. It's amazing what a difference a few years make in a Hollywood life. To check out the video click here.

Meet Knox and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt!

Here it is, the first photo of the Jolie-Pitt twins, Knox and Vivienne, with doting parents Brad and Angelina on this week's People cover! The special double issue boasts 19 pages of family photos and if this cover - and OMG the picture of Shiloh holding her new baby sister - is any indication, there are some amazingly adorable treats waiting inside the issue.

Here's a peek at what the parents of six have to say in the issue:

Angelina:"It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time."

Brad:[It's] still a cuckoo's nest."

Angelina: "[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins'] clothes and help change and hold them. . .It's sweet – they are little mommies."

Even better and lucky us, the issue hits stands tomorrow! We can't wait to see the rest of the pictures, but until then, awww. So cute. Welcome to the family Knox and Vivienne!

Celebaby Style: The Jolie-Pitt Brood

The Jolie-Pitts rarely stay in one place for long. A big weekend in Manhattan provided the tots with some artful culture, but it was back to the land of Cajun po-boys and beignets as the troop made their way to the Big Easy. Roaming the streets of New Orleans, the Jolie-Pitt pack chomped on Cheetos Puffs before stopping in for brunch at a local eatery.

Always dressed up in some funky fashions, baby Shiloh sported a punk-rock look in her black jeans and "Destroy All" gray tee while her big sis Zahara looked like the spunky feminista in red corduroy pants, a pink velour top, and some sporty brown kicks. Not to be outshone by his lil sisters brother Pax let his hair fly in the breeze while he strutted along in a black v-neck tee, some army green overalls, and a pair of practical taupe suede Merrells. And, of course, mama Angelina looked ever so pretty in a simple black frock, ballet flats, sunglasses, and her au natural facade.

Jolie-Pitts Get Adorably Back On The Boat

Argh, adorable Jolie-Pitt-ness. The whole family loved their water taxi ride in Venice over the weekend where Mad was the captain (obviously). Brad and Angelina had their old school Hollywood moment together for the premiere of his movie, but they're definitely happier with all their little ones on the boat. Look at Brad with Pax and Z! And Angie with Shi! Brad talked about wanting Jolie-Pitt baby No. 5 soon, so hopefully Mad, Z, Pax and Shi are all ready for a new little one to adorably sibling-ly boss around.

Knox and Vivienne's Birth Certificates Plus Details From the Jolie-Pitt Birth!

ICYMI, the Jolie-Pitt twins - a boy and a girl Knox and Vivienne - were born Saturday in Nice, France. While we've yet to see any members of the now eight person family, both Christian Estrosi, the mayor of Nice and Dr. Michel Sussmann, who performed the C section, are more than happy to talk. The mayor visited the hospital to officially sign the twin's birth certificates, telling the press that it is "a pride to Nice and all its citizens." In a press conference Dr. Sussmann described the birth:

On the birth: "[Angelina and Brad] were talking, they were together...It was an epidural, so [Angelina] was awake and speaking and laughing. They were happy."
On Brad's role: "He was my assistant!" Sussmann said jokingly – and even cut the babies' umbilical cords. "He was ... perfectly calm, totally determined, very pleased to be at the birth of his children, very moved and very emotional."
On when Angelina will go home: "I don't know...She will stay for a few days. You know, in Europe it isn't like in the United States, where the patients go home after three days. They will stay a bit longer until everything is okay."
On the babies overall: "The babies are fine. The babies are with the mother and father and they are fine." Asked whether the birth had been a textbook delivery, Sussmann replied, "absolutely no problems."

Needless to say, we can't wait to see little Knox and Vivienne, but we're happy to hear that it all went well welcoming the two new Jolie-Pitts into the world!

Angelina Jolie Gives Birth To Her Twins!

After a long day of rumors it's confirmed, Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins late Saturday in Nice, France. It's a boy and a girl for Angelina and Brad, named Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. Angelina's doctor said, "The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly...Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well...The mother and father are very, very happy." Congrats and we can't wait to see the two new additions to the Jolie-Pitt family!
