Summer's here and the time is right for lil ones to be dancing in the street. But before they get footloose, they've got to cover their feet and Tinseltown's tots and politikids are embracing two styles this season — laid back casual and dainty sophistication. Crocs are still tops for a number of kiddos with Leni Klum, Apple and Moses Martin and River Deary sporting the ubiquitous non-slip sandals that caused a stir when they first hit playgrounds two years ago.

There was lots to celebrate thanks to the extra long Fourth of July weekend! Celeb families were out and about in full force and we got some good glimpses of what they were doing.

Rock stars and groupies are starting young these days. Help them prep for their Summer of al fresco music venues with an accessory. Regardless of whether your tot is rock royalty or not, his wee ears need to be protected when music is blaring at decibel levels that leave adults' ears ringing for days after an event.

Coldplay's soulful music makes us understand why stunner Gwyneth Paltrow went weak at the knees for front man, Chris Martin. Using his music to comment on historical events and current social conditions, Martin has jettisoned his band to the global stage. When he's not touring the world or collecting Grammys, the very private musician can sometimes be seen spotted with his tots – Apple, 4, and Moses, 3, – at the playground or an amusement park.

Gwyneth Paltrow made time to pick up Apple and Moses from their school in LA yesterday. The actress has been busy on the set of Iron Man 2, but at the end of the day it's time to put away the Pepper Potts wig and make sure her kids are getting used to their new California digs. The West Coast isn't a totally new environment for Gwyneth's kids — they spent two Summers ago in LA when mom was working on Iron Man — and at least there are lots of longtime celebrity friends to spend holidays and weekends with.

Gwyneth Paltrow treated Apple and Moses to snacks and toys yesterday at the Brentwood Country Mart. The trio are getting settled to live in California while Gwyneth films Iron Man 2. As usual, Gwyneth's juggling multiple projects — in addition to filming, she also just announced that she's designing a collection for Zoe Tee's.

Gwyneth Paltrow was all over NYC this weekend with Apple and Moses. She treated her two kids to dinner around town as well as a trip to the Build-a-Bear Workshop to make some new friends. Gwyn is about to start filming Iron Man 2 and she's already worried about bringing her children out of their London home into LA.

It seemed liked all the big names in Hollywood were out last night for the Oscars and afterparties, but Gwyneth Paltrow skipped the celebrations. She was spotted earlier today picking up Apple from school in London, and little miss Martin looked so grown up in her plaid uniform. Gwyneth has always put her role as mother over her career, but we still would have liked to see her up on stage honoring Kate Winslet with her fellow Best Actress winners of years past.

Gwyneth Paltrow arrived in NYC yesterday afternoon with her two kids, Apple and Moses. We rarely get to see both of the Martin kids together so it's cute to get a peek at how much they look like each other and their parents. Gwyneth has been imparting her wisdom all over the place recently from talking about life's simple pleasures to her weekly newsletter, which was back to the topic of food this week.
