Last weekend, my friend threw a Sunday Football bash and I asked you to help me find a cute casual look for the festivities. Sure enough, I indulged in sinful cheesy dips and BBQ wings, but no regrets here. That's what exercising is for, right?

This Fall marks not only the return of leg warmers but also the debut of arm warmers. Yep, you heard me right, but before you laugh, give this trend a chance. These cozy, long, and often fingerless gloves are a great way to keep your arms and hands warm in this season's cropped-sleeved coats.

If you don't feel prepared to commit yourself to a heavy coat just yet, then maybe a gilet has more appeal.

Congratulations if you've recently gotten engaged. You have so many things to think about like the bridesmaid dresses, invitations, flowers, your rings, and the honeymoon. The most important thing though is to take care of yourself, making exercise a part of your regular routine.
