Someone must be hard up for cash. The dude above put his neck up for sale as advertising space. The highest bidding company or individual would win the unique privilege of having their logo, name, or design tattooed on the seller, but the bidding term ended and no one made the minimum $2000 starting bid. If our no-name Canadian friend would bulk up a bit and increase his neck span - maybe become a high profile body builder or football player in the process - interest in his real estate might peak. What I'd like to know is how many turtlenecks he's got hanging in his closet at home. . .

I love me some Tay Zonday, but the only good thing about this tattoo is that it gives me an excuse to listen to "Chocolate Rain" again. Though I gotta give credit to the video for paying homage to Zonday's cinematography.

Where has the book No Regrets: The Best, Worst, & Most #$%*ing Ridiculous Tattoos Ever been my whole life?! Bad tattoos, good tattoos, I want them all! I'm seriously getting this book, and it has a forward by David Cross? The David Cross? Check out the gallery below for some of the doozies featured in the book. (For the record, that bong-smoking dolphin with the tribal tattoo sitting in a tattered recliner is my favorite tattoo of all time.)

I'm not sure if Rihanna actually has another tattoo, or if this "R" on her shoulder is paying temporary homage to the release of her latest record that called Rated R that dropped yesterday. Either way, I know that you guys have strong opinions about tattoos, and I wanted to ask you if you thought that multiple tats gave off a vibe of being a mischievous badass (in a bad way), or if you think they're sexy.
