Jonas Brothers Return to Sam's Secret World

It seems that once you've had a taste of Sam King's Secret World, you end up wanting more! Not to be outdone by the Pussycat Dolls, who made their second appearance on the Bebo internet show last month, the Jonas Brothers are returning to The Secret World Of Sam King today. Having starred in the premiere, this time the boys bundle Sam into a flight case having convinced themselves he's a delusional stalker. I'm hoping those rumours about the show's other star guests will come true, and we'll get to see Amy Winehouse and Girls Aloud some time soon.

Welcome To The Secret World Of Sam King

Last month we heard rumours about the show's star guests, including Amy Winehouse, Girls Aloud and Razorlight, and now the time has come for The Secret World Of Sam King to be unleashed on, well, the world. The online drama launches today and focuses on a junior 'facilities' employee who secretly sets up his own label from his base at Universal Music's post room. Taking the same format as previous Bebo shows KateModern and Sofia’s Diary, this new drama will upload 3-5 minute episodes each day. Confirmed acts appearing in the first few weeks include the Sugababes, Sam Sparro and The Saturdays, with the Jonas Brothers appearing in the premiere. Most of you weren't overly interested in shows made for the internet when we asked you back in June, but do the celebrity cameos tempt you to try this one out?

NME Announces Their Award Nominees For 2009!

Last night the NME Awards nominees were announced, where Oasis earned a massive seven nominations, including Best British Band, Best Live Band and Best Album. The categories range from the musical, encompass TV - where PopSugarUK favourites Gavin & Stacey and Skins are up for awards - film, web, venues, style, and then move on to the more fun Hero / Villian Of The Year categories.

Those American teen sensations the Jonas Brothers have also been recognised, with nods in the Worst Band and Worst Album categories in the reader-voted shortlists, but they shouldn't worry too much as they're also alongside Best Band nominee Oasis. What a fickle bunch those NME readers are! The ceremony will take place on February 25 at the Brixton Academy in London, and you can vote for the winners right here - so have your say in the final outcome!

Stacey (Minus Gavin) Scoops An Award

A few members of the lovable cast of Gavin & Stacey were out at the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards lunch yesterday, celebrating their well-deserved win for Best Comedy/Entertainment programme. Ruth Jones (Nessa) and Joanna Page (Stacey) looked gorgeous – I love Joanna's Warehouse dress. But where's Mathew Horne? And come on James Corden – give us a smile? I guess it must be tough being funny all the time!

Microsoft Joins Forces With Top Social Networking Sites

Microsoft may have missed the mark on their Parental Street Cred Videos, but we'll let it slide this time since they've just launched some great new services that are sure to make our lives a bit easier. Thanks to On 10, I've just learned that Microsoft has partnered with LinkedIn, Facebook, Bebo, Hi5 so users can easily import their Windows Live contacts into these sites. Utilizing Microsoft's Windows Live Contacts API, you can now go to sites like Bebo or Facebook and see all your friends - kinda like what Adium and Pidgin did for chat, except with social networking sites.

Not only that, but Microsoft has just introduced a new website called Invite2messenger where people can invite their friends from these "partner social networks" to join their Windows Live Messenger contact list.

OK Microsoft, I take back everything I said about your street cred videos!

Pussycat Dolls Can't Get Enough of Sam's Secret World

A month ago the Pussycat Dolls made their debut on Bebo show The Secret World Of Sam King, and they must have enjoyed the experience because they're back for another appearance. Last time, Sam got stuck in a lift with the band, and in today's installment the Dolls play a trick on Sam when they catch him sleeping in their dressing room. They're certainly making the most of their time in the UK, rocking different makeup styles at the Vodafone Live Music Awards: you were loving Jessica's look best. I doubt the girls will copy Sam's tiger look any time soon.

Basically if you want to pimp your address book, this App is for you. Pussycat Dolls On The Secret World Of Sam King

The Secret World Of Sam King has been airing on Bebo for a fortnight now, having premiered with a cameo appearance from those popular Jonas Brothers. Tune in tomorrow and you'll get to see the Pussycat Dolls appear alongside the eponymous post room employee. Sam gets stuck in a lift with the band, and gets a special parting gesture from Kimberley at the end. We spotted the girls in London late last week, dining out at Nobu with Nicole's other half Lewis Hamilton - looks like they're making a habit of surrounding young men.
