Nov 6 2009 - 3:00pm Stars from the UK and beyond hit the red carpet in LA last night for the annual British Academy of Film and Television Arts Britannia Awards. Emily Blunt represented her homeland as she was named Artist of the Year. Her fiance John Krasinski is usually by her side, but he was in NYC getting ready for his appearance on The View this morning where he talked about the proposal.
