Orlando Bloom had his favorite water in hand yesterday as he headed into a LA office building in exercise gear. Orlando's keeping his body in great shape during a brief hiatus between big-screen projects, after wrapping Sympathy For Delicious earlier this year. His girlfriend Miranda Kerr is busy juggling her own hectic work schedule, since her responsibilities with Victoria's Secret have her busy on both lingerie on the catwalk and in bikinis on the beach.

Eva Rallies Engines in Her Bikini For a Good Cause

Eva Longoria kept her bikini body under wraps over the weekend as she hit the beach in Miami. She joined friends at the Eden Roc Renaissance hotel in a sparkly two-piece, though she kept her famous figure covered with either a towel or her long-sleeved shirt. Eva was in Miami for Saturday's ''Rally For Kids With Cancer," which saw the actress don a variety of funny outfits to entertain children during the philanthropic event. We didn't get our usual dose of Eva as Gaby Solis on Desperate Housewives last night due to the American Music Awards, but next week's episode looks like it can't be missed.

Ashley Tisdale Reaps Her Gym Time Bikini Rewards in Cabo

Ashley Tisdale headed south of the border and was spotted soaking up the sun with friends yesterday in Cabo. She's been spotted leaving the gym recently with her favorite Twilight accessory in hand, and Ashley looked proud to show off her hard-earned results with a purple bikini. Ashley has also been busy hitting red carpets in LA over the last few months, and it looks like she took advantage of an opportunity to get away and enjoy a little downtime.

Fit Find Faves: Summer Swimming FUN

When I was young the swim club opened on Memorial Weekend, and then I was at the pool on any day that wasn't stormy. I was checking out the recent Fit Finds and I saw all these wonderful things for working out at the pool or chillin' on the beach, so I wanted to share them with you.

I love the sporty bikini that SU3 found, complete with cover up shorts. I feel more comfortable with my bum covered playing paddle ball on the beach!!! Hollywoodjess found a bunch of swimming accessories to make every lap count!!! I am loving those polka dot hand paddles. Talk about working your arms and back with style.

Dear Sugar--

Recently, my boyfriend has been bugging me to set up a day at the beach with our group of mutual friends. He brought up the topic so much that I asked him why-- and he admitted sheepishly that he wants to see one of my friends in a bikini!!! I feel horrible now, since she's built just the way he likes his women-- large breasts, tight little tush, and great lean body with glowing skin. I feel doughy and uninteresting in comparison. The thing is, I've never thought about this before he brought it up. Now I feel very insecure and can't even imagine being at the beach with him or my friend this summer. Do you think he's wrong or insensitive for telling me the truth--that he finds my friend attractive? How can I get over this? Or should I just avoid the beach and the whole issue?

I would be upset and angry too! How would he like it if you told him you were attracted to one of his friends? This is more than an attraction though, since it sounds like in a way he wants you to set up a group date with her. I'm sure she would be pissed if she knew the truth too.

It sounds like this guy is not very loyal or respectful to your relationship. His eyes and attention should be on you, and you only --definitely NOT on your friend's boobs in her bikini top.

Women have enough problems with the judgments, insecurities, and criticisms we give to ourselves and we don't need or deserve having anyone else add fuel to the fire. If your boyfriend isn't appreciating the wonderful person he has right in front of him, then you should find someone who does! In other words, say NO to the beach day idea!

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves spent their weekend on the beach in Malibu with their family. Camila showed off her baby bump number two in a string bikini and wrap skirt, cozied up by Matthew's side. MM hit the waves a bit while Levi explored and played with his grandparents, Kay and James McConaughey, as well as their doggies.
