Leighton Keeps Things Buttoned Up For Gossip Girl
Leighton Meester joined Chace Crawford, Blake Lively and Ed Westwick yesterday on the NYC set of Gossip Girl. Unlike her edgier performance look at Tuesday's American Eagle party, Leighton kept things prim and proper as she got into character as Blair Waldorf. You guys aren't quite sure what to make of Leighton's tendencies to strip down when she goes into musical mode, but she's not the only Upper East Sider who likes to show a bit of skin.
Gossip Girl Gang Keep Their Clothes on For Filming
The Gossip Girl gang were out on the streets on New York yesterday filming. Blake Lively wore bright blue trousers, while Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick were wrapped up warm in big grey coats. Leighton Meester toned down her eye-catching makeup from this week's American Eagle party as she transformed back into Blair, but she's still making headlines by stripping down for American GQ.

Ed, Leighton and Blake Wrap Up Warm For More Gossip
It was a cold day in New York yesterday, but the Gossip Girl cast were out on the streets filming new scenes for the third series of the show — currently airing on Wednesdays on ITV2. Leighton Meester changed from some comfy looking boots into some high stilettos as they shot scenes, while Blake Lively wrapped up in a duvet-replacement coat during her breaks. The cameos on the show this season look set to get a lot more posh, as Victoria Beckham is said to have landed a role in an upcoming episode.

Gossip Girl Cast Sings About Love, Acts Out College Lust
Hilary Duff, Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr and Taylor Momsen were back to work on Gossip Girl Tuesday after most of them hit the red carpet together to support Penn Badgley's new thriller The Stepfather. Leighton Meester missed the premiere, but was out yesterday to debut her new song "Somebody to Love" all over the airwaves. Blair Waldorf has her somebody to love, but next week we'll see what happens with a certain Chuck Bass kiss — maybe it will even give us a clue as to who's involved in the mysterious upcoming threesome.
Gossip Girl Fashion Quiz: "Dan de Fleurette"
Last night's Gossip Girl was filled with fashion-packed fun as Tory Burch, Georgina Chapman from Marchesa, and Tyra Banks all made appearances. Serena's power-prowess suit may not have landed her a spot in the fashion biz, but it got her a PR job that was just as exciting. Too bad the rest of her friends couldn't be as optimistic.

One day you're in, and the next day you're below New York's 14th Street where, as Blair puts it on last night's Gossip Girl, "there's no class system." One Week Until Gossip Girl Season Three Hits The UK!
Hilary Duff, Taylor Momsen, Jessica Szohr and Penn Badgley were continuing to film Gossip Girl yesterday in New York City, shooting scenes for the third season of the show which is currently airing in the US. Season two was released on DVD this week, and ITV recently announced that they will be showing series 3 on ITV2 from October 7! So in just one week from today Chuck, Blair, Nate, Serena, Dan and the rest of the gang will be hitting our screens — the smaller gap between the US air date and UK air date following in the footsteps of shows like the excellent FlashForward on Five.
