Penn Gossips About Dating Costar Blake

Earlier this week Blake Lively was all wrapped up against the New York chill as she filmed new scenes for the third season of Gossip Girl, but last night she was glammed up for the Angel Ball in the city. Sporting a dress designed by Victoria Beckham - who's said to be making a cameo on the show - Blake was there alongside her boyfriend and costar Penn Badgley. Penn's spoken out about their relationship recently, admitting:

"Having a relationship with someone you work with might not always be the smartest move. But it's been wonderful to be in a relationship where we can both identify with what the other is experiencing."

It certainly seems to be working for them!

Blake, Michelle, Taylor, & Jessica Celebrate Anna Sui's Gossip

The cast of Gossip Girl hit the red carpet in NYC last night to celebrate the launch of Anna Sui's collection for Target inspired by the show. Blake Lively and Taylor Momsen were opposites in their girly white and edgy black, respectively. Penn Badgley posed with some of the important onscreen women in his life, Jessica Szohr and Michelle Trachtenberg. Leighton Meester has been busy doing some promotion of her own before the show returns next week - don't miss any of the Fall TV premiere dates with Buzz's downloadable calendar. We've gotten a bit of a look at the drama to come, but there's so much more to look forward to - and outfits to get our hands on - when our favorite Upper East Siders start college.

Charlize and Blake Are First in the Fashion Department

Saks Fifth Avenue was the hot spot in NYC last night, with Blake Lively and Charlize Theron heading out to celebrate the opening of their new designer floor. They were joined by Alexis Bledel and Rachel Zoe, who's already a familiar face around the week's various fashion parties. Penn Badgley was also in attendance, escorting Blake to their second bash of the evening. Blake's expected to turn out at Ralph Lauren later today for Fashion's Night Out, and make sure to stay tuned as we bring you all the details from the star-studded citywide event.

Blake and Leighton Brighten Up New York City

The third season of Gossip Girl is continuing to film in New York city at the moment and over the past couple of days Leighton Meester, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have been earning their wages on set! Blake showed off a couple of Serena's outfits, one bright coral top and one darker dress, while Leighton wore her casual outfit - cropped leggings and flip flops - for a read through and changed into her yellow number as they filmed. It looks like they're working on the episode Leighton was filming with gorgeous Ed Westwick last week!

Burberry Lights NYC With Star Power Like Blake and Orlando

Burberry joined the Manhattan skyline last night as the designer lit up its three brand new 50-foot signs above the headquarters. To celebrate the lights, stars like Orlando Bloom, Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy came out to the party in NYC. Justin Long posed with Blake Lively but it was her boyfriend Penn Badgley who was showing off a new beard after being clean cut just last week. The Gossip Girl couple is already thinking about next season but until then it's time to enjoy the NYC nights and lights especially the new addition to the sky scape.

Chace and Penn Say Hello to New Castmate Hilary Duff

Chace Crawford, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley got down to some rehearsals and filming on the New York streets yesterday for the third series of Gossip Girl. They were also joined by a new face as Hilary Duff showed up on set to play her role as a famous actress seeking a normal university experience, in the upcoming episodes. As well as Hilary guest starring next season, it's also been revealed that Tyra Banks will join the cast. Fierce!

Spotted: Dan Humphrey Getting It On With Hilary Duff!

Blake Lively and Chace Crawford filmed a scene in the Meatpacking District of New York City earlier this week, looking all dressed up in front of the cameras. Meanwhile their Gossip Girl costar - and Blake's off screen boyfriend - Penn Badgley got the chance to test out the kissing technique of guest star Hilary Duff! While we all know and love Dan Humphrey, Hilary's character is new in the third season - she plays a movie star who's looking for a regular college experience and seems to be getting to know Dan rather well! I can't wait to watch it all play out on screen, can you?

Blake and Penn Head to the Sunshine State

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley happily had their arms around each other, and Cindy Crawford hit the red carpet at the grand opening of the W Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, last night. The couple isn't having a hard time finding activities during their time off, including their travels around Asia and meeting up with Blake's Traveling Pants costars. Now that they're on a vacation from the Upper East Side, maybe Penn and Blake can sneak another romantic bikini break into their trip South.

Gossip and Movie Stars Come Out to Honor Top Designers

The lush green background made the dresses stand out at last night's CDFA/Vogue Fashion Fund event in NYC, where Alexander Wang took home the prize; check out all the other winners here. Anna Wintour, who may be considering retirement, hosted some of Manhattan's pretty young things at the soiree. Blake Lively and Penn Badgley traveled as a duo as usual, though they never pose together. The dress was a break from the norm for Blake who also showed off some new looks on last night's Gossip Girl Thanksgiving. Skipping TV night along with the Gossip Girl stars were Charlize Theron and Piper Perabo, who looked fantastic in the cool November night - check out love it or hate it polls on all the looks now.

The Twenties Theme Continues on Gossip Girl!

We saw Ed Westwick, Leighton Meester and Taylor Momsen rocking some 1920s style outfits on set earlier this week as they prepared to film a new episode for the third series of Gossip Girl in Manhattan, and yesterday it was the turn of their costars. Penn Badgley looked happy with his braces hanging down as he wandered down the street, Blake Lively looked stunning in silver as Serena, and guest star Hilary Duff took the look to extremes with her curls and a sequinned dress.
