Blake wore a Rag & Bone peasant dress (on sale!), a white Valentino bag, and black ballet flats.

The actress is new to the runway scene, but she was looking all the pro in her Jean Paul Gaultier dress. I'm baffled by the strange leather piece around her neck so I gave her something more pretty and conventional.

We saw Ed Westwick, Leighton Meester and Taylor Momsen rocking some 1920s style outfits on set earlier this week as they prepared to film a new episode for the third series of Gossip Girl in Manhattan, and yesterday it was the turn of their costars. Penn Badgley looked happy with his braces hanging down as he wandered down the street, Blake Lively looked stunning in silver as Serena, and guest star Hilary Duff took the look to extremes with her curls and a sequinned dress. Most of the cast of Gossip Girl lent their support to Penn Badgley's film career last night as they hit the red carpet at The Stepfather premiere in New York City. His co-star and offscreen girlfriend Blake Lively looked very laid back chic in leather trousers and an oversized blazer. She was joined by Taylor Momsen in a racey tight fitting number and Jessica Szohr in a coat dress and skinny jeans.

Earlier in the week we awarded Kate Moss the Best British style icon with Alexa Chung taking up best newcomer but today it's a joint award for Best International Style Icon. You voted but were torn between Gossip Girl Blake Lively and actress Kate Bosworth. Blake Lively's style in the TV show is based on Kate Moss creating a very British look.
